Summary: i was a bit too critical
Review: this is a very entertaining film,if you're not too critical about it. in my last review,i panned it due to thriller cliches (which didn't bother me this time). if you're not too critical, this film is a hoot.

Summary: Hollywood Pap
Review: Gibson perfected his maniacal rabid-dog persona in the endless Lethal Weapon series. Unfortunately someone forgot to tell him that this wasn't Lethal Weapon XX111 (or whatever), so we get more of Riggs, only with a different name. As for the story - well, Hollywood has been hoodwinking us for years about paranoia, conspiracies, grassy knolls, cover-ups etc. X-files does it better, and without manic overacting. Let this one sink into oblivion - where it rightly belongs.

Summary: Boring awful trash.
Review: It's a mystery why anyone involved with this movie bothered; it's a complete waste of time and money. Without a doubt utterly unnecessary. It features two very limited actors; Gibson and Roberts, and they fit together pretty badly, like two newborn babies in a snakepit !. Roberts is totally unable to convey any kind of credibility, and probably never should've entered the trade. -It takes more than a silly surprise hit movie ("Pretty Woman") to deserve big bucks star status, or even being called an actress. Gibson, as the wacko hero does what he can; at least he tries to act, but you end up wondering if he (Gibson) really is wacko. At least two scenes either rips off, or pays a perverse form of homage to "Marathon Man". Both scenes involving Gibson and baddie Patrick Stewart, looking like Olivier. (Their first scene, and the last scene together). It's not even exciting. This "promising" idea; but ultimately messy movie, never should've gone beyond the wet gleam in "director" Donner's eye.

Summary: Conspiracy Theory, Allright
Review: I would like to postulate a conspiracy theory of my own after watching this journey-ride through incompetent filmmaking. I firmly resolve that Mel Gibson and Julia Roberts could never have possibly decided to make a movie as ridiculous as this. They were impersonated by two cunning imposters who, in conspiracy with Hollywood renegades, have plotted to destroy their careers. At least that's what Gibson and Roberts SHOULD believe, considering that this movie sinks to greater depths than even "The Man Without A Face" or "Dying Young." Plotless, Thoughtless, and not to mention artless, "Conspiracy Theory isn't even sophisticated enough to make true believers of the X-Files worshiping idiots that flocked to see it in the first place. In some sense, actually, "Conspiracy Theory" is one of the most important movies in the history of film, proving once and for all that cospiracy and paranoia centered movies have no future to entertain in our country. Please take note, Hollywood.

Summary: A ****1/2-star movie.
Review: A surprisingly fun movie. An entirely original concept, fueled by a terrifically crazed Mel Gibson and a cryptic Patrick Stewart. The whole thriller is, as a whole, a wonderfully fun treat. Julia Roberts is, well, she's Julia Roberts, but she's enjoyable in this one. The cast is well-rounded, and the story is original. My only quibble is directed at a few absurd plot twists at the end. Other than that, it's one of the most watchable and entertaining movies I've seen.

Summary: RUINED BY THRILLER CLICHES
Review: THIS FILM IS VERY ENTERTAINING BUT (LIKE LOTS OF THESE TYPE OF MOVIES) GETS RUINED BY THRILLER CLICHES. LEAVE OUT THE THRILLER CLICHES AND YOU HAVE A GREAT MOVIE.

Summary: Excellent
Review: Conspiracy Theory has something for everyone. Any X-Files/Conspiracy fan will definetely enjoy it, as did I. It's one of the best movies I have ever seen.

Summary: A great thriller with 2 hours of suspense
Review: The movie kept me for two hours, glued to the screen. One of the better movies of Mel Gibson. You keep on thinking that he is somekind of sociopath, at least until the last half hour. You keep on wondering why he knows so much about Alice. Also one of the better features of Julia Roberts. Patrick Stewart as the bad guy, not so bad at all and very convincing. Same type of movie as The Game, it keeps your mind going until the end.

Summary: I think this film is a kind of platonic love story.
Review: Jelly seems like a kind of paranoiac, but he is the only person who know s the fact about the conspiracy of them. Who are they on earth? He fell into love with a woman, but he can't see why by himself. He had lost his memory about her. when and where he did come to see her. The question continues from the beginning to the last of the film. We can't go to a bathroom to the very end of the film. There isn't any real love scene from the start to the end of the film , but I can't help feeling the pure love through the film.

Summary: Magnificently Brilliant
Review: Conspiracy Theroy is an action packed edge of your seat adventure that will keep you laughing, crying and thinking all the way to the end.
