Review: I loved the movie when I was a child. Now my 4 year old daughter thinks that E.T. is the "newest" and "best" movie around. She always asks when we can buy it. PLEASE re-release this wonderful movie so we can pass it onto the next generation.

Review: This story shows uncanny parallels to the story of Jesus of Nazareth, and is a post modern classic. If anyone says this film promotes children lying to thier parents, they should ask themselves how they would act any differently in the same situation... Please make this movie available for mine and all generations that believe that compassion and empathy rule over scientific advancement and personal gain.

Review: You know why I hate GANDHI (Ben Kingsley)..It put E.T at no 2 at the awards,and denied Spielgerg the chance to win the best movie.Certainly E.T is second to none.When you watch E.T you certainly get your money's worth...not most of this crap we see today.Amazon you just have to get this one.
