Summary: My favorite Muppets movie!!!
Review: After being disappointed by Muppets Treasure Island (which had so much potential) we were reluctant to see this movie. What a pleasant surprise! This movie is really fun, funny, and the soundtrack rocks. This movie turmed my significant other into a muppet lover. We love the MST2K version with the muppet commentary too. Lots of neat extras. No disappointments!

Summary: Muppets Are Back!
Review: After several years of seeing them doing literary adaptations for Disney, it's nice to see the Muppets getting back to some original material. It is the funniest, wackiest Muppet movie since The Great Muppet Caper.

Knowing parodies of ID4, Close Encounters of the Third Kind and The X-Files added extra chuckles.

The only flaw is that they don't sing their own songs like they did in previous movies, but you can't have everything. If you are a Muppet fan, you will enjoy this movie (unless you are expecting a feature length version of Pigs in Space).

Summary: One small step for Gonzo, one giant leap for the frog.
Review: Although this isn't the best of Muppet humor, all the elements were there. I laughed till I cried at some spots, other spots I couldn't wait to get on with it. I admit the ending was a little disappointing, but if you want a fun movie, and if you're a muppet fan, see it. I can't wait to buy the video and watch it with my wife.

Summary: Meet the Gang of "Muppets Tonight"
Review: As a devoted fan of both the original Muppet Show (no quotes necessary -- it's not just a series, it's a concept) and the short lived revival "Muppets Tonight" I must say that I think that "Muppets from Space" is the best Muppet movie since the original ("The Muppet Movie"). Not only does it feature classic Jim Henson muppets such as Kermit, Piggy and Gonzo, it also "introduces" some of Brian Henson (and company)'s new Muppets, such as Clifford the rastafarian catfish, Dr. Phil Van Neuter and my personal favorite, Pepe the prawn (I think he's from down on the bayou, ok?). The film's only lack is the relative abscence of Muppet songs from both movie and soundtrack. It's good, I promise.

Summary: Ho-hum
Review: At least kids may like this. I liked the talking sandwich-very surreal. And you'll never look at breakfast cereal the same way again either. Overall, though, it was kind of boring.

Summary: "I will smack you like a bad bad donkey, OK?"
Review: At their peak, Jim Henson's Muppet Shop churned out Film, TV and other projects at an astonishing rate considering the quality put into each and every one of them. Since the death of the elder Henson the company has stumbled a bit , but it is still a truism that even watered down Muppets is better than most family entertainment released nowadays.
Unfortunately, this is pretty watered down. Some sequences seem to go on forever, particularly those involving the government agent and his efforts to obtain infomation about a coming alien invasion from Gonzo. However, a few scenes are as funny as anything the Muppets ever did, and the section dealing with Gonzo's rescue from a miltary facility ("Doctor?" "Doctor!" "Oh, Doctor!") is nothing short of sublime. And of course, there is Pepe the Prawn, who steals every scene not nailed down. With his vague Island accent, feathery tuft of pinkish hair and habit of ending nearly every sentence with "Ok?", he is the most creative thing about the movie. Whether fleecing the rest of the Muppets at Poker, manipulating Gonzo into building a hot tub or inexplicably turning up wearing a tutu, he is the life of the party and the main reason to watch the film.
The Muppet franchise has been recently put up for sale by its current German owners, and future Muppet movies look uncertain. The Muppets have enchanted generations with their inspired zaniness and gentle humor, and it would be a pity to retire them now. "Muppets from Space", while not their strongest film by a longshot, is still good for more than a few laughs and a respectable addition to the Muppet canon. Let's hope it's not the last.

Summary: Great Family Fun
Review: I absolutely loved this entertaining muppet adventure. Great for the entire family.

Summary: And romantic,okay?
Review: I adore this movie! Sure, there are moments that are less than exciting, but, all in all,it's mupperific fun! I loved the scene with Rentro having the marshmallow fluff all over his paw patting his boss on the back. Oh,and I thought Pepe was just so cool, okay? I was also glad to see that they are giving more attention to newer characters. Fozzy just doesn't seem funny anymore.

Summary: For the kiddos.
Review: I can't say I was very disappointed with this film, because I wasn't expecting much of a movie. I am not really a fan of the Muppets and the only reason I saw this is because there was nothing else on.

But anyway, Gonzo reckons he has a family from outerspace and he is right because they are looking for him! So then Miss Piggy, Kermit and Gonzo himself set out for a journey to look for the family beyond.......

This totally has an all-star cast including Dave Goelz, Andie MacDowell, David Arquette, Rob Schneider and cameo's from Dawsons Creeks' Joshua Jackson and Katie Holmes.

I totally recommend this for the kids, and it is pretty fun and cute, so older muppet-goers will enjoy it too!
