Summary: How Great this DVD collection is
Review: I cannot wait until I see all the extras on this 9-disc set. But, I have seen all of the episodes and this is my thinking on them:

The Furies - This episode was diffently a bit twisted, but I loved it.

Been There, Done That - when I first saw this episode it really caught me off guard because, Gabrielle and Joxer are killed during this episode and it just breaks your heart to watch Xena sing the funeral dirges at the funerals.

The Dirty Half Dozen - Actually, if I did see this one, I can't recall the details of it. But, that is why I am getting the season on DVD.

The Deliverer - Now I have seen this episode and it was so sad. It was magnificently done however.

Gabrielle's Hope - This episode was really good as well. It just makes you wonder how they are all feeling in this episode. Gabrielle loves her daughter, Hope, and Xena knows that it is evil.

The Debt (1) - This was very interesting, these two episodes truly made you wonder if Xena and Gabrielle's friendship would survive.

The Debt (2) (cont.) but the parts with Xena's mentor, Lao Ma, were very good and this is probably my favorite two parter Xena episode.

The King of Assassins - now with this episode you truly saw how good Ted Raimi is at alternating his roles in Xena. Because Jett is exactly the opposite of Joxer. So, this episode, for me, showed me that Ted Raimi wasn't just good playing a goof.

Warrior... Priestess... Tramp - I love seeing Lucy Lawless play Meg. She is just so funny. And the priestess part was an interesting one as well.

The Quill Is Mightier - This episode was hillarious.

Maternal Instincts - Another test of the friendship and this one pretty much broke it's legs. As well as heart.

The Bitter Suite - For being a musical, I really liked this one. (I don't care for musicals, so this made me believe that some actually happened to be well done.)

One Against An Army - This episode shows how much Xena cares about Gabrielle and I really liked it.

Forgiven - With this episode Tara got the beating she deserved from Gabrielle. Just needed to teach her a lesson. Another great among greats.

King Con - Joxer is always entertaining no matter what episode he is in.

When In Rome... - Another episode showing us the hatred Xena has for Caesar

Forget Me Not - Gabrielle has to live with her memories. And it is awfully funny when Joxer tries to brainwash the vulnerable Gabrielle.

Fins, Femmes and Gems - Xena and her fish. Priceless.

Tsunami - I liked this episode immensely.

Vanishing Act - This diffently showed some more of Autolycus' talents and he is always entertaining.

Sacrifice 1 - Another great episode as well as it's second part.

Sacrifice 2 - great!

Well, I know there isn't much detail but, I really don't know what else to write.

Summary: The Best Season Ever...........
Review: The first two seasons of Xena: Warrior Princess were sold as a Deluxe Collector's Edition sets, but the third one does far more to earn the descriptions. Ram-packed with new material and great packaging extras, this dvd set will certainly keep the Xena fans at the edge of their seats, desperate to see more. This third dvd set has been marked as the most memorable and best produced season including: the season opener, The Furies, where by the work of the furies, Xena is driven insane to the point were she has to decide if she is going to kill her own mother or fight the God of War. There are also other emmy award winning, fan favorite episodes such as, "Maternal Instincts," "The Debt" and "Bitter Suite," which keeps fans and first timers watching again and again, without so much as a disappointment. This season takes Xena Warrior Princess to an all new level. In this season the mystery of Gabrielle's unborn child is revealed, betrayal between the two heros causes havoc in their relationship, and together Xena and her sidekick Gabrielle battle barbarians, overcome oppressors and defeat demigods and GODS to protect the innocent and fight for peace in ancient Greece. Overall, this season promises to be a good one, one you wouldn't want to miss. The Xena Season 3 on DVD comes out in stores and online February 10th, 2004. I'm suggesting you grab this season as soon as it comes it out, for this is something noone and I mean noone wants to miss.

Review: The 3rd Season of Xena is the best season, mixing comedy with drama with episodes like "Been There, Done That","The Furies" which they turn Xena mad, "The Deliverer" which Xena fights the evil Dahuk. The Debt 1 and 2 and my 2 favorite episodes "The Sacrifice (1) and Sacrifice (2). Clearly the best season of this series, this is a must have for every Xena fan.

Summary: The best action show on television, Xena !!!
Review: Season Three is one of the best seasons. I love every last episode starting with The Furies to Sacrifice 2. The Furies was a great season opener, because Xena was driven mad by the Furies to pay for her crimes against humanity. Not only that she almost kills her mother, but she regains enough sanity to fight Ares, because he was the cause for all this in the first place. Not to mention Been there, done that where she re-lives the day over and over again before realizing she has to stop a girl from committing suicide and stop this war between two kingdoms or homes. But my favorite five episodes would have to be Gabrielle's Hope, The Debt part 1 and 2, Maternal Instincts, and Bitter Suite. I also loved Forget me not and Sacrifice 1 and 2, because it finally closed this epic journey that two friends had to take in-order to find themselves and their friendship once again.
