Summary: Very dissappointed
Review: After reading the other review, I was psyched about ordering the video. However, it did NOT live up to the hype. My first problem (and this may just be my particular DVD) is that the audio is messed up. On the first warmup, you can hear the music, but you can't hear her voice. On the other segments, you can hear her voice, but not the music.
Secondly, the workout is divided into five segments - a warm up, a warm up stretch, the dance routine, a cool down, and a cool down stretch. Well, they got off cheap by making the warm up EXACTLY the same thing as the cool down, and the warm up stretch EXACTLY the same as the cool down stretch. All they did was edit some of the things she said to make it apply to the context of the workout.
My final complaint is that she doesn't break the moves down when teaching the routine. She just does a complex dance step, and you're supposed to pick it right up. I would recommend to anyone that wants to do a cardio hip-hop workout to get Quick Fix Cardio Hip Hop. Loved that one.

Summary: Excellent and fun workout
Review: I'm an intermediate level exerciser. My heart is in good shape, and I lift weights, i've been exercising mostly for the last 15 years, though the levels of my exercising have changed as my life has changed. I'm in my late 30s. I give all this info to give a frame of reference for my review.

I didn't get this dvd in order to get a super-duper fat burning workout - I have other workouts for that purpose. (cathe friedrich, sharon mann, spinning, etc...). I have been on a "learn to dance" kick the last year or so - and i'm experimenting with different dance styles. I took an IMPACT class (model mugging) which really unleashed this urge... to conquer the "i'm a klutz" demon that i've been feeding the last 3.5 decades.

So with that out of the way : This dvd was perfect. I loved it. Lisa has an amazing teaching style and is very motivating with her beautiful dancer self.

She takes it from the top, breaks down a new step, does that a few times, takes it from the top, etc... until the end when you do the routine a few times.

I can see how you might outgrow the taking it from the top parts, but when that happens, I'll pass it along to a friend. For now, it's a good workout.

I got 42 minutes of fun, enjoyment, and I was in my "fat burning" zone, but not so that I really felt "uncomfortable". So maybe this is good for aerobic base building, as well.

The key is: for 42 minutes, I moved my body, exercised muscles in ways they don't get exercised, and learned some funky and fun dance steps. This is will mix perfectly with my strength, flexibility and cardio workouts. I would call it light-cardio.
I will do it frequently.
