Summary: Your neighbors will hate you...
Review: BASS. Lots of it. This box rocks the room. I threw in a couple of hip hop CDs and heard some low notes I didn't know existed. Even turned down (the subwoofers have a separate volume control), the low end rumbles. I had the volume at a soft listening level the other night and my neighbors were pounding on the wall. When you crank up the bass and the volume - stuff will start falling off the walls. For the cost of a good receiver, you get a complete, powerful shelf system. The CDs can be exchanged while another one plays, which is nice. The controls are easy to use. I can't find a single flaw with this system. And the speakers...when my friends come over they notice them right away. They're very unique for a shelf system, and look nasty. If you like to feel your music right through your breastbone, this is an awesome system to have.

Review: I have the mxj900 that system rocks them subs had my whole house rocken an I thought there was no system out there to top mxj900 with 400 watts. So one day I was watching smackdown that's when I saw the mxgt90 so I went to sears an test it out that joker had my head ringing some people heard it in a another store they felt them subs 160 watts per channel 2 that mean 320 watts of subswoofers 70 watts per channel for the main speaker's 140 watts add them up you will get 460 watts total power so while you reading this I would be playing playstation 2 an listening to the mxgt90 peace!

Summary: awesome stereo
Review: i just got this stereo a couple of days ago and i really rhink its awesome. It has 460 watts of great sounding power, plenty of thump to knock your stuff of the walls (the way i like it). I already had a Philips fwc-788 but i wanted more power so i bought this. i dont reret it but there is some draw backs with the stereo, first of all my Philips goes louder than this one but the JVC has more thump to it, and second of all the cd player takes a few minutes to play, other than that its the best. my cousin is so jealous of this thing. my neighbors havent sid anything to me (yet). when you unpack this thing you will be shocked at how HUGE this thing is. i had to make some ajustments with my dresser to fit it on it. my only concern about this is i have never really trusted JVC with stereos before and now i am and i hope it lives up to the reputation of working for years, oh and by the way my clock has kept the exact time since i had it pluged up and that was about four days ago. i hope this has helped some people on understanding this stereo. good luck and go for the JVC MX-GT90

Summary: EARTH QUAKE
Review: I own a SMALLER jvc system and i liked it, thats why i decided to continue with jvc and i dont regret it.My jvc is only 60 watts, single disc, thats why i decided to get a bigger one.
I saw the mxgt90 on tv and i decided to check in my local jvc dealer to test out that 460 watts of power. The store is not that big, but i decided to test it out. I cranked about at 25
(goes up to 30+) and the whole store was shaking and people from outside was looking by the windows to see from where that earth quake was coming from. Its the best sound i ever heard, BEST BASS TOO!
Now at my house, took me about 5 minutes to hook it up.I can FEEL the bass from my neighbors house.I also own a 2 12" onkyo speakers with a scott receiver. The mxgt90 sounds 2 times better and my other is about 5 times the price. For less then the price of my receiver, i have better sound and better and richer bass, and is more compact(not really compact). I think i could dry my hair with the air that comes out of does tubes. If u want the richest sound for a good price, MXGT90 all the way

Summary: Good Vibes
Review: I purchased this system because I liked the smaller JVC compact stereo I had, and wanted better and more powerful speakers (and loved the look of these). The powerful subwoofers are great for hip hop and funk, but also do a great job with classical cello or double bass pieces. Jazz trios sound like they're right in the room with you. And stand back if you load up a Bach organ fugue -- you're gonna feel the pedal notes as if it were live. It's true, you have to turn down the subwoofer volume at night, no matter what you're listening to, even pop radio, or you'll rattle the neighbors. If you don't like bass-heavy, get a more subtle system. ...So I love the sound, but a few minor flaws: on mine, the clock, which displays when unit is off, seems to gain 5 minutes every day, so is useless. And it will always play all 3 CDs you have loaded, one after the other. For example, if you listen to a CD while you fall asleep, you have to empty the other two drawers or it will automatically play them in sequence, and there's no setting to change this. Finally, the lighting display is a little over-the-top without being very useful. That's just a quibble, though. One bonus not mentioned in the features: along with the 6 preset sound (amplifier) modes, you can program 3 custom modes to your own liking.

Summary: SONICBOOM!!...
Review: This JVC MX-GT90 is the real deal. At 460 watts of power this thing will blow out your windows. At a good price, this stereo rocks the world. NO, literally. Best sounding bass I have ever heard on a system that small. It comes along with live surround modes like d-club, stadium, hall etc. With the air that comes out of those tubes, It feels like air conditioning. If you don't like deep bass then get a smaller system. But if you like bass that will turn your room into a mess,(like me) get this system now. BELIEVE ME you won't regret it. It has so many feature along with a digital output so you can create a home theater system. Now this is my kind of system!...

Summary: Awesome but....
Review: This system is great. The quality of sound is the best that i've ever heard from a shelf system this size. Clear sound, resonating bass and powerful structure are all some of the goodies that come with the package. My only concern however, is that there is almost no volume from level 1 to 12. This is the only minor with it. Other than that it will ROCK YOUR WORLD!!! really, this has incredible power. 460Watts never sounded so good! Great sound modes, three of which you can set yourself. Easy recording capabilities. This is a MUST HAVE ONE BECAUSE HE HAS ONE kind of item. GET ONE NOW!!! you won't regret it.
