Review: Being someone who watches and reviews quite a few movies on video, this little gem is an absolute must-have to help keep wear & tear down on my video cassette recorder. Its only real downside is that it doesn't rewind a tape as fast as my player does. But I'm patient enough to wait it out a little longer, so no biggie.

I've owned two of these machines-- this particular make and model, too-- the first of which managed to last about six years before wearing out. It probably would've lasted a couple more years had I not discovered the joy of Amazon customer reviewing, but them's the breaks in life. Anyway, the point I'm trying to make is that this booger is pretty durable for the kinda hard work I put it through, and I highly recommend it. With luck, the new one I just bought will last just as long...

Now that this is out of the way, I'm off to find a good DVD rewinder... which I am having a bear of a time finding, lemme tell ya. No matter where I go, they're never in stock! Talk about a popular product... heh.
