Summary: A Juggalo role model, if you will, Evil Dead!
Review: First of all, I don't care for ICP or fake wrestling, BUT...This is the most hilarious thing I have ever seen! The commentary is genius and retarded at once.
Abdullah the Butcher, The Iron Sheik, King Kong Bundy, Evil Dead, what more do you need? Unintentional erroneous use of the English language? (yeah, I know, I have some speculation) It's there. Profusious stabbing? It's there. Profanity? Plenty!
Great fun. You'll love it or hate it. And if you're not a Juggalo, I gradually invite you to get...out!!!

Summary: This DVD was way better then I thought it was going to be.
Review: I love wrestling. And I have a ton of wrestling DVDs. This is high on my list of favorites. It is just a ton of fun to watch. Now, I'm not a huge ICP fan (In fact I hated them when they were in WCW), but this sure ain't WCW. This is JCW. And this wrestling is not for the kiddies. It's announcers use tons of profanity (but they are really funny). There is lots of blood, and weapons galore.

Here are some of the better matches:

Street Fight Weapons Battle Royal: Is this a good match? Not really....but it is hysterical to watch. Especially since Ricky Morton of the Rock n' Roll Express is in it, and the announcers call him everything from Rikki Rachtman to Ricky Schroeder. And there is a guy who wears a barrel to the ring...really.

Tom "The Scrub" vs. King Kong Bundy: This is another really funny match.....why? Tom weighs just over 150 lbs. King Kong Bundy weighs in at over 350. You figure it out.

And the Main Event- The ICP vs Doink the Clown, and...ummm Doink the Clown: This is actually a pretty cool match. Lots of broken tables and stuff. And lots of run ins at the end including 2 former ECW wrestlers (I won't ruin the surprise).

This dvd is as close as you can get to attending a live independent show without actually going. The production values may be low, the wrestling may be a little sub-par at times, but if you want to see some really funny pro-wrestling with some faces you've seen before, I'd buy JCW: Vol 1

Summary: Believe it or not it's actually worth the watch!!!
Review: I'm defineatly not an ICP fan at all, in fact I think they sort of (...). This video however rules, I don't think the wrestling or lack of is worth anything but what makes this video great is the lame storylines and laugh out loud commentary. Violent Jay and that Shaggy guy (yeah ICP) are so (...) hilarious you can't help but enjoy watching some of the worst wrestling on the planet. The matches are all one sided, I mean a 120 pound kid against King King Bundy. And teh highlight of this video is the "Evil Dead" just his entrance is awesome. I defineatly recommend this DVD and I'm a traditional wrestling fan.

Summary: so aggro....
Review: This dvd was given to me by my on again off again elderly sugar daddy in an attempt to reckindle the flame of our once simmering romance that had dwindled to a pathetic flicker. We are both huge icp fans and i have been a juggalo since graduating from beauty school and opening my own wreath boutique in the richmond bart station. I was somewhat disappointed that none of the insane clowns made an appearnace in the video, but I was delighted that they managed to maintain such a balls out homo erotic overtone to the film. I suppose I should tell all you juggalos out there that if you are stuck in a dead end relatioship with a jaded old queer who hasn't been to neiman marcus since three's company went off the air, this is the only way to spice up your romantic life. I truly think that the 78 minutes of magic contained in this dvd will allow you to feel like freddie mercury in a pair of leather pants.

Summary: JCW! JCW! JCW!
Review: This is the best thing to happen to "this great sport of ours" since ECW. Consider that, as I write this, the silly and sterile WWE monopoly is still grinding away at the Kane/Lita stalk/rape/impregnate/forced marriage gimmick. Not only that, Trips has regained the title!

Anyway, here's some highlights of this JCW DVD. First, there is Evil Dead. If you have never seen him, he will become your favorite grappler at first sight. He has the best angle going, in that he is a rotting corpse who somehow finds the strength to come to life long enough to hit his finisher. Evil Dead v. Undertaker in a casket match? My money is on the Evil Dead.

The Iron Shiekh, King Kong Bundy, and Abdullah are on the card. And while they have all lost a step (okay, the Shiekh can hardly walk!), Bundy and the Shiekh can still fire off a shoot interview with the best of them. Each fan will have to decide what is more bizarre: the Shiekh's bubble bellybutton, or Abdullah's enormous, flappy pecks. Raven, Balls Mahoney, and the real Rock 'n' Roll Express (yeah, Morton and Gibson!) have run-ins.

Special mention must go to the juggalos. What a cool crowd! They all seem well-scrubbed, and decked out in new, black ICP gear, many with their faces painted. These juggalos, though young, respect the veteran wrestlers, and there is a unity of thought and behavoir among the crowd that has not been seen since the 1934 Nuremburg party rally. Very cool!

Ultimately, what makes JCW great is ICP. Not only are they true fans and highly skilled wrestlers in their own right (Shaggy takes two ECW-grade bumps in his match), they had the vision and guts to create JCW. And it is the wit and pacing of Violent J and Shaggy that makes this DVD so enjoyable.

Absolutely recommended for all wrestling marks!
