1. comes with a tv and vcr a huge + (had it for 6 mo. with no problems)
2. Awesome picture quality and great realiablity(had other Panasonic products that are still working that are much older)
3. Great price for a tv/vcr combo especially someone like me who has on a small budget.

Review: I am able to get channels on this TV with my little portable antenna, that I was always unable to get in my apartment before! This is the only TV I own that is not hooked up to cablevision, that I am actually able to tune in! The VCR picture quality and sound quality is great! It is a good size to put in front of a stationery bicycle. It is very light in weight and easy to carry. It is no trouble to move it from one location to another. The automatic clock, channel setting and on screen prompts make it a snap to set up and use!

Review: I am very disappointed in this product. I purchased the unit less than three months ago and can no longer use the VCR portion because the VCR heads are so dirty. I record everyday and had no idea the VCR heads were dirty until I went to playback a tape. All I saw was snow and a blue screen message telling me the VCR heads needed cleaning. After going out and purchasing the recommended VCR Head Cleaner tape per the manual, the problem is not fixed. I then called Panasonic directly and was told I would have to bring the unit it to have it repaired. As the 90 day free labor has expired, it is going to cost me more to have the unit repaired than I originally paid for it. I was pleased with the unit's performance up until today. I previously owned an RCA 13" combo, using the VCR portion everyday for almost six years without a problem. I am shocked and disappointed in Panasonic.

Summary: Buyer BEWARE!
Review: I bought this is late December of '01. I used it just a little until Feb of '02 when it was put into full time service as a VCR to time shift some daily programming. This is when I noticed it didn't work right. Volume for the TV was okay, but the VCR playback volume was horrible. Very low. When I turn it up to match approximate TV volume, it buzzes like crazy. Well, it's been in the shop for almost five months total since March and they think it works okay. Although they admit that when they had called Panasonic Dealer Tech support, they were told its a design flaw in thses combo sets.
So, I have a $200 TV/VCR that is of no use to me and Panasonic declined my request for my money back (this after three trips to the repair center and half a dozen calls to customer service). This is the first time I've really been unhappy with a purchase. And yet, Panasonic can't bring themselves to refund $200 for customer satisfaction.
Sooo....if you buy one, pray it works to your liking. If it doesn't, you may never get it resolved.

Summary: Warning, Do Not Get This TV!
Review: I bought this TV because I needed a small one for my bedroom, well it's garbage! First of all, the reception is quite poor. It makes it sometimes unwatchable. I could barely get a CNN broadcast. I had the bigscreen in my bedroom once and it was fine, but this TV was total garbage. Not to mention that sometimes the TV wouldn't even START. The remote is impossible to use, it's totally worthless. I put brand new batteries in it and A.) they wore out after a week B.) half the buttons are un-necessary, VHS is obselete, half the remote covers the VHS aspect. Some people say it's great for the price, but they are incorrect. Sony has better TV's for the same price as this panasonic one. Sony is the better TV brand, I recommend buying their 12-15 inch TVs for a higher quality product. To top it all off, I called Panasonic and they didn't believe my story, they claimed that their TV was top of the line, and the store wouldn't even take it back for a refund. Apparantly they were overstocked. Go figure. Take your money elsewhere.

Summary: Poor Warranty Labor Support
Review: I currently own several Panasonic TV's and TV/VCR Combo's and they have been for the most part trouble free. In September 2001 I bought a 27" flat screen TV from Panasonic and it has been nothing but trouble as of April 2002. The major problem has been with support. Yes, I own a good deal of A/V gear including some Pro A/V gear, but the support problem has been with the warranty periods offered by Panasonic on large heavy screen TV's. Don't be fooled by the warranty you see here or at a retail store. Parts are for 1 year but the labor is only for 90 days, and they'll charge you big time for labor. Almost everything I have from Panasonic has been trouble-free, but if you do have a problem, be prepared to throw away and re-purchase because it would cost less than the labor charges.

Summary: Panasonic PV-C1331W 13" TV/VCR Combo with FM - Don't buy it!
Review: I have had two of these units fail within 6 weeks with the same identical problem. The audio record head fails to function. This means that you can record a new show and the sound track from whatever you are taping over remains as the sound for the new show. This makes for interesting viewing! Panasonic has discontinued this model, I wonder why?

Summary: College Student's Dream Come True
Review: I just purchased this television/vcr, and I absolutely love it! It is perfect for those with limited space, and since I am about to graduate from college and move to an unknown place, I know it won't be a hastle to lug this baby around. It's also white, which makes it blend in with the decor. This television has more features than I was looking for, but I am happy about them. There is a night feature, which adjusts the brightness of the screen to allow for the change of light at night, the VCR leaves a nice info code on anything you tape for easier search, and there is a commercial skip, so when you tape your fav show, you can just press it and miss the commercials. I am a TV Production major and I work with a lot of digital equipment and there are inputs for audio and visual equipment to be added easily if needed. I highly recommend this television for those who are in dorms or getting their first apartment. There are handles in the back for easy transport. A delightful addition. The alarm feature allows you to wake to a FM radio station (did I mention it had a remore-operated radio also-saves room!) fav video or tv station. And the close-captioning feature on mute allows me to know what's going on when I am on the phone. Love it, Love it, Love it.

Review: I like this little TV. My four year old already knows how to use it for her video tapes. So ease of use is definitely a 5 star for me. The picture is also nice and clear.
