Summary: remote issue
Review: Dear Friend,
You can go through the various features of the DVD by hitting the small buttton above the right Mickey Ear on the DVD player (and the same for the child remote). Once you are at the selction you want, hit the Mickey head (or play) and you're all set. If this is confusing, just reread you manual. It's all there. Also, you may advance on the regular DVD remote. Try not to confuse the DVD remote with the TV remote. I hope this helps!

Summary: color match mishap??? please read my story
Review: Everyone is correct; the pinks aren't the same. What I did was NOT place the tv on top of the DVD player. Instead, I placed the DVD unit on the first shelf (my daughter has a 3 shelf book stand that was perfect). It looks wonderful as I decorated the shevles with her things (dolls on the bottom shelf, DVDs on the second shelf with small decorative items next to it and the tv on top. All in all, my daughter loves her pink tv and dvd player. Her room is yellow with pink and lavendar accents. She loves the Disney Princesses. It was such a wonderful gift from her great-grandmother; in any case, I never thought of returning it because of a slight color difference. If anyone has not returned theirs yet, try what I did. I'm sure you'll like it; most of all, I'm sure your daughter will love it just as my 3-year old does.

Summary: Disney Princess Television
Review: I bought this precious princess Tv for my 17 month old daughters room. It is so cute. I also bought the disney dvd player to mach it. the dvd player and the tv are 2 different pinks. but it looks just fine to me.I am doing her room in the disney princess theme. it is a very good product. it is also nice that the dvd player that you can buy to match the tv has it's own little kid remote. they can only push play ,stop, rewind and fast forward. so they can't mess the settings up.lol..i would recommend this for any little girl loving Television. my little one is glued to it!
Mother of one precious 17 month old little girl!

Summary: Miss-matched is right.....
Review: I have had the exact same problem with the Disney princess tv/dvd. They do not match at all. After reviewing the other comments it saved me the time of driving and trying to find matching units. I will return them and hope the new lot is matched.
Disappointed

Summary: Mismatched PINKS!
Review: I purchased the Princess TV and DVD for my 4 year old daughter. (SHE loves PINK). Took both products out of the box to set it up. The tv is more lilac and the DVD is deep PINK. They are not even close to a match. I have been to 4 stores trying to get something in the same family. To date no luck. I intend to return both products and hope that after the Christmas rush; that the colors will be closer to a match. Disappointed Mom and daughter in MARYLAND. Only if she liked the CLASSIC mickey mouse colors!

Summary: My Princess TV
Review: My princess TV is so cool! All of my friends think it's so awesome that my TV is pink. This is the only TV I have seen that is pink. I love this TV! When my parents said I could pick out a TV for my room, I just knew this was the one. I love the princess pictures for volume, the channel, and the menu. My parents agreed with this TV because it was affordable, too. I took off the mickey ears to look raelly cool. That is why I love my princess TV.

Summary: TV is great... DVD not so great
Review: We got these two itesm for our daughter for Christmas. Needless to say, she LOVES THEM. The problem with the DVD is that there is no way to browse through the menus on the various dvd's that we bought her, as the remote only has play, stop, etc. Basically you have no way of going to the extra features on the DVD's. Anyone have any suggestions? PErhaps I am doing something wrong. Sure would love to hear from you if things are different than what I am saying.
