Description:

The award-winning 15-inch ZLD15A1B pulls double duty as a high-definition television and a computer monitor. It's as useful as it is stylish, accommodating everything from desktop PCs to a broadcast antenna, cable box, DVD player, VCR, or video-game system. The 140-by-120-degrees viewing angle grants distortion-free viewing from almost any angle. This is a true HDTV monitor. When used with a progressive-scan DVD player or a DTV set-top box you'll get seamless, razor-sharp images from your favorite movies and concert videos. The screen resolution is 1,024 x 768 pixels, and the contrast ratio is an impressive 350:1, since LCD technology lends itself to rendering sharp contrasts between light and dark images.

A 4H digital comb filter accurately separates color data from black and white data to improve color images and picture quality. With picture in picture (PIP), you can watch two channels at once (PIP imposes a full-color inset picture in a corner of the main picture). The ZLD15A1B's 430-cd/m2 screen brightness will display an incredibly bright picture, even in light-drenched environments. Component-video, composite-video, S-video, RF (cable/VCR), and AV inputs accommodate most home-entertainment components; plug your computer into the RGB input. V-chip parental control is a programmable feature that uses the U.S. standard content advisory system to restrict viewing of specific programs or program types.
