Summary: So cheap it's a no-brainer
Review: I bought my cheap little Chinese made jWIN Mini TV/Radio at a base exhange for $14.95 because I could not believe the price. From the exterior look of the unit, it appears to be a clone of the Memorex that costs twice as much. It performs as advertised although the manual tuner is a bit hard to read and it is badly engineered so it's impossible to get some stations at the end of the bands. If you can get it for a price in the teen$ then go for it.
