Review: Short of a pair of Fujis costing twice as much, I can't think of a better choice for the outdoorsman or boater. I have a pair I've owned for about three years now that always accompany me in a boat.

There are a lot of binoculars advertised as "waterproof" that will fog up in a moderate downpour- including some cheaper units sold under the Tasco label. But these are the real deal. Complete waterproofing, individual eye focusing, and built-inprotective eyepiece and objective lens covers. Nothing to fall overseas or get lost in the lockers. You can also get a slightly pricier version with a built in compass.

They're sharp and contrasty- more so than most inexpensive binos- shock resistent, waterproof and small enough to be handy. A good value all around. Certainly the best choice in boating glass.
