Review: I ordered this item and it was shipped on December 4, 2004. When I had not received the item by December 9, 2004, I called to find out that it had been misdelivered to an incorrect address and left out in the rain and freezing temperatures for five days. After my inquiry to FedEx, it was picked up off the said of the road in Malvern, Arkanas, where it had nested for five days, and was delivered to me in an unaccepatable condition on December 13, 2004. I had Fedex return the item to Amazon.com on December 14, 2004 and I have not heard a single word since, despite my repeated requests for any information. This item was intended as a gift, and I had to purchase a different item. Even if the shipper is the one at fault for improper delivery, I would at least have expected the supplier to respond to my repeated and exhaustive requests for information.
