Summary: Dont be fooled by no name brands
Review: Even thought Concord may seem like a no-name brand, they are affiliated with polaroid. I purchased the 4360z and found it to be useful, except for the video mode, it had no sound. Well, it eventually had trouble with the internal firmware, and I called to company to exchange it, customer service was superb. They tell you exactly where to return the camera, but you have to have a valid proof of purchase, and it has to be under the warranty, 90 days or 1 year I believe. Well, I sent it, and to my surprise, they sent back the eye q 4363z, which was more advanced, had way more features, and included video with sound. I think instead of purchasing the 4360 you should purchase the 4363. For the 4360 I give it 1 star, but for customer service, 5 stars.

Summary: Trash
Review: I bought this camera when it was greatly reduced and believed I was getting something with a high specification. In fact from the first photo I took there were problems with the contrast - outdoor photos were over-exposed, so it looked like everything was white, and indoor photos were all tinted navy-blue. After hours of adjusting settings and re-setting the camera I eventually took it back. However, this was not before I got through 6 fully charged batteries, as this machine just eats them.

Summary: NO CAMERA
Review: I don't know if this is a good camera or not since Concord has never sent me a replacement for the one I received that did not work. They said it took one week to receive replacement. After repeated phone calls, they said they were "repairing" it and would send asap. This was after more than 3 weeks. They would not refund my money and finally agreed to send a new camera if I would pay shipping and handling "again" since I paid when I first ordered, when I shipped it back to be replaced, and now for the 3rd time to hopefully someday get a camera. Customer Service was not helpful at all - acted like they were doing me a favor to send me a new camera.

Summary: Good Value.
Review: I just read all the reviews on this model and was a little confused as the negativity of many of them does not correspond with the item I purchased. I know that the camera I bought has been easy to use and has produced quality pictures. I can conceed that many of the nighttime shots I've taken have produced "red eyes" in many of the people in them, but other than that, I have no complaints. Furthermore, I've had few cameras in my life where this did not happen at one time or another. The price was excellent, and frankly, although there are undoubtedly far better cameras out there, if the cost had been higher I would not have purchased a camera at all. The software is easy to use and the rechargeable batteries are preferrable to the ones I bought from Kodak for my old 2 pixel cam. Those batteries often died after a set of pictures had been taken. Overall, I'm getting decent pictures from this serviceable model and it's worth the money I spent.

Summary: !!! Do Not Buy !!!
Review: I wish I had read the reviews before I bought this camera. What you see in the LCD or Viewfinder is not what you get on print or PC. I have taken pictures on the outside, with the sun shining and they come out dark. The digital zoom comes out blurred. It sounds like a good buy but it is not. Stay away from it.

Summary: AWFUL
Review: The camera is very well designed. It has 3x optical zoom and 6x digital zoom for a total zoom of 18x, the largest zoom I have seen on a camera in this price range. The 16 MB of internal memory is pretty good but I would recommend getting some sort of memory expansion. The controls take a little getting used to but once you do they're great. This camera is a great value for the price.
