Summary: GREAT PICTURES
Review: I just bought this camera and have taken about 6 rolls of film and the pictures turned out awesome. However the last roll of film would not come out of camera and I had to return it.....

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Great features for the price!
Review: I previously owned a Kodak APS camera, which was recently lost, so I decided to purchase another Kodak camera. I am really pleased with it. The red-eye reduction and the date printing on the back of the photo are two of the features that I like best. The zoom is also a good feature to have. I take a lot of pictures of my family at the beach, and the zoom helps me get a closer shot if they are in the water or too far away. It's light weight and very easy to use; in fact, my four year old daughter has even taken some good pictures with it! Overall, the C650 is the perfect point and shoot camera for me!

Summary: Kodak C650--A real buy
Review: I recently lost my camera; to replace it, I purchased (Thru Amazon) a regular 35mm point & shoot camera of a well known make. It works fine, but when I was later looking thru Amazon's site I noticed the Kodak C650 with a factory rebate. I ordered one just to try out Kodak's APS film format; considering the price, I wan't expecting much of a camera. However, I am very much pleased with the camera. Film costs more; it costs more for processing, and you get exactly 24 exposures per 24 exposure roll (no extra exposures as with regular 35mm) but I think it's worth the extra. It takes a wide picture, so you don't have to back off a quarter mile to get a shot of your cruise ship; the downside of the 24mm lens is that the telephoto part won't get you very close, but I don't use telephoto very much anyway. To my untrained (and trifocal handicapped) eyes, the pictures look great. The C650 is smaller and lighter than a 35mm camera and putting in a new roll of film is a snap. The pop-up flash keeps you from getting your finger in front of the flash. The developed negatives are stored inside the original film canister for safekeeping. If you want a simple camera to replace your old Brownie and if you don't mind the additional cost of film and processing with the Advantix film (remember the advantages here!), this camera is a great deal.

Summary: The best bang for the buck...
Review: I was a very faithful Minolta buyer until one of my friends bought a Point & shoot which was obvious the poor manufacturing quality. My wife bought the other day the Kodak Elph and at the beginning I disagree with the purchase until I saw the print outs...

So looking this last week for a new camera, the C650 cought my eye being almost the same in sleek design and construction the only thing it that it has a bigger flash (this was one of my main priorities). In terms of quality for under $80.00 bucks is pretty good. One thing that I notice is that the picture is taken like a fraction of a second after the button has been pressed to reduce camera movement, something that I found was pretty cool and at the same time shows the amount of detail and common sense dedicated to this awesome little yet powerful camera.

Summary: an honest review of this camera from an amateur photographer
Review: i was kind of nervous about buying a camera, and only had one set of criteria: that it not be a digital camera, because i'm not a fan of taking pictures with that kind of camera. So, while searching for cameras, i came upon this one. I liked it because i'm a junior in high school, and my prom was in a week, and i needed a camera small and light enough to not be a burden to take around. This matched that criteria, and after my dad, who is much more professional than I at photgraphy, agreed it was the best match for me, we bought it. i was actually worried, because i didn't have time to experiment with it before the prom. thankfully, the direction manual is easy to comprehend, as is the actual camera. i just got the pictures back, and i'm amazed at the superior quality, especially considering the low price of the camera. no red eye, no blurriness [except for a few outside, 2 or 3 out of 85], and all around excellence, indoors and outdoors. i reccommend this fantastic camera for everyone. buying this camera was the best decision i've made as an amateur photgrapher, and i think this model would also work for more experienced photographers as well.

Summary: More experience with my C650
Review: I wrote a review for this camera shortly after I bought it, rating it 4 Stars. Now that I have used the camera for a year or two, I changed my rating to 5 Stars. I am no photo expert or camera buff; I am just a taker of snapshots, but I really like the C650. It is small, easy to load, easy to use, inexpensive to purchase, and I really like the APS format. The negatives are stored in the film cassett, and they can be stored in a book-like holder so that I can easily find the negatives when I want them, and I really like the wide-screen format of the pictures. It proably costs twice as much to use the APS film vs. 35 mm, but I think it's well worth the extra money (how much does one really spend on film & developing anyway?), and though I have a 35mm camera that I bought around the same time as the Kodak, I now use the Kodak exclusively.

This is the only APS camera that I have ever used, and there are probably some that I would like better, but so far I am well pleased. I just hope that the APS format doesn't go the way of the disc camera.

Summary: Just as good the 2nd time.
Review: My wife received this camera as a graduation gift 5 years ago. After 5 years of amazing service it finally passed on. We enjoyed the picture quality and variety so much that we decided to buy the exact same camera. We are looking forward to another 5 years of great pictures from mediocre photographers.

Summary: Plus and Minus
Review: The Camera is good, gives great pictures, but the film processing is bit expensive. Not able to exploit the promotional offers given by stores as they are not valid for Kodak Film Processing, which puts me in a Disadvantix!
