Summary: Fun Fun Fun!!
Review: I love this camera so much! It is so easy to use and you get great wallet sized photos in an instant!

You get such good pictures with it too. Since the camera is so cute, all your friends will be smiling.

Summary: YOU GOTTA LOVE THIS, I DON'T CARE WHO YOU ARE!!!
Review: I ordered this instamatic camera not really expecting much simply due to the fact that my granny had a polaroid instamatic when I was a kid and the pictures it took were not the best. I must admit, though, I was happily surprised. These little bitty pictures are the absolute cutest pictures. The colors are outstanding, just as good if not better than my 35mm. The images are completely sharp. I almost did not try it based on some of the other reviews that I read but am so glad I did. The only thing I would change if possible would be the size of the camera itself. It is much bigger than anticipated. But obviously that one point was not a big enough deal for me to lower my score by even half a star. It is true that film for this camera is not as easily accessible as other film but it is readily available thru amazon.

I would highly recommend this camera to anyone who is totally into instant gratification. I am giving two more as Christmas gifts. Check around, but if you are wanting clear, sharp, small pictures with wonderful color, this camera is for you.

Summary: It's Great for teens
Review: I puchased this camera last year when my oldest daughter was 13. She loves the Mio. This camera has a unique look, but is more comfortable to hold than it looks. I has good sized pictures for kids to enjoy without needing a magnifying glass to see them. It has been a little hard to get film(loading it is a breeze), but I guess that's what happens when you buy the best.

Summary: Not Worth the $120
Review: I was first shocked at the bulk of it, but i guess it's decent considering there is a mini dark room in there. Getting the film, like everyone else says, is a b!tch, even living in NYC. But, the pictures are really cute.

Summary: Would not recommend buying this camera
Review: It took me weeks to find a place that sold the film for this camera. ... I have not used the camera and plan to return it. I have heard that every other picture turns out good. The points above suggest that buying the MIO is not a good investment.

Summary: small & cute
Review: Most of the time it takes good pictures. It seems every other picture comes out. For some reason the film pack says 10 exposures, but out of two packs I was only able to get 8 exposures per pack. But I love the compactness of it. And it's so cute. So far I've only seen it in Target stores, and they have marked them down after 2 months. I hope this camera will be around for awhile, not like the Handle Camera which I have also, without film.

Summary: Oh, stop complaining!
Review: Okay, the film for the camera is difficult to find in typical retails venues, but it is always available on Amazon, 24/7! You simply cannot resist the high quality, small instant pictures created by this little camera. The pictures are wallet sized, and simply adorable! My only criticism is that the camera itself is a bit bulky. Don't permit that little nuance to deter you from this hip, cute little alternative to typical instant photography. You'll be the 'Life of the Party' with this little gadget at your side.

Summary: Great pictures when it works...
Review: The camera takes really cute puctures when it works, but I only succeeded in making 4 pictures when it froze on me. The camera froze in the open position and could not be closed no matter what I did. I eventually tossed it because it gave me far more aggravation than pleasure. For example, turn it on and it stays on from 2 to 15 seconds, rather arbitrarily. You can set up a shot, and, boom!, the camera shuts down. Turn it on again and it fails to work. Shut it off, turn it on and then it might work (or not). I suspect the elecronics were not well thought out. Don't waste your money. This was an extermely frustrating experience for me!
BTW: The manual, if one can call it that, is useless.

Summary: Cute, Easy and Fun
Review: The Polaroid Mio is an excellent camera. In fact, I may just be in love with mine. It is so cute, so much fun to use and takes great photos! Even the photos are cute - wallet size instead of the regular Polaroid square size.

I've used my Mio both indoors and outdoors and haven't had any trouble with photos not coming out. That's not to say that I haven't taken bad pictures, but that's no fault of the Mio. Even the bad ones come out in focus and colorful.

If you are a first time Mio buyer, I'd suggest stocking up on film. You'll have so much fun with this little guy that you'll use it much more than you think you will.

All in all, the Polaroid Mio is an incredible instant camera and well worth owning.
