Summary: a beautiful keepsake for Isabel..
Review: I received this kit as a gift and it is great! I do admit it was a bit of a challenge getting Isabel's foot print but the kit allows you to play with the dough until you get it right. It is not messy at all but it is easier if someone holds the baby while you get the impresion... This is a gift that last forever.. a MUST for all baby registries!

Review: I registered for this item and received it. It's a great gift to imprint your baby's foot. I molded our son's foot at 5 weeks of age and took a picture of him around the same time. Everyone that comes in his room loves it. If you want to be different than this an awesome unique gift.

Summary: Awsome Gift for Expecting Parents, at any Age!!
Review: My Mother gave me this kit at my shower, and I've never come across another molding kit nearly as good as this one. My son was only 4 days old when I took his foot impression, and I still had enough left over to take his hand also! And don't worry if your little one squirms, 'cause all you have to do is roll it up again and flatten it out. I't took me 3 try's to get his foot just right(due to the fact he kept wiggling his toes!)and the molding clay still worked beautifully, with no sign of drying out! I now ordered another one for when my next child is born, so I can hang it under his/her's big brother's frame. My one and only complaint is that the molding will not stick to the back of the frame with the tape they give you, my suggestion for that is to use a hot glue gun set on low or some heavy duty tape, like duck tape. All in all it's a great product and well worth the money!

Review: This is a wonderful keepsake. We imprinted our son's foot when he was only a week old and used a picture from his birth. The directions were clear and easy to follow and the mold clay stuff was easy to use. You can smoosh it up and do the imprint multiple times until it looks the way you want it to. However, once we hung it on the wall, the footprint kept falling down in the frame. I ended up using velcro and hot glue and it hasn't budged since.

Summary: Wonderful Keepsake
Review: We love our keepsake kit. We took an impression of our daughter's foot at six weeks and used a photo of her at that age. Instead of placing the footprint in the large cutout and the photo in the small cutout, we switched the two so we could use a larger photo, and it looks great. My only complaint is that the footprint will not stay on the backboard with the sticky tape included with the kit. We are going to try to use Velcro instead. I'm still giving the kit four stars because it is a wonderful keepsake idea, but it is not perfect, and you may have to come up with an alternate to the kit's sticky tape.
