Review: This tripod is nice and I haven't even put my camera on it but I wanted to say a few positive things. I had no idea of the weight and when it arrived I wasn't sure it was the tripod because the box was so light. It's 3.3 pounds but it is very sturdy. It has 2 leg sections that extend and lock with a tiny level so you can make sure the tripod is level. The panning is really smooth and both horizontal and vertical panning has locking controls so once you get it positioned it won't change.

I am really happy with this tripod!
