Summary: thanks for the tip
Review: ...found the link to http://muwap.com here on amazon. Also found that they give you 10% off everything when you type in "amazon" as the coupon code. They have tons of tones for the SE phones, and with the coupon it's only $9/year. Cheaper than mMode, and much better selection. Thanks, whomever posted this before!

Summary: JUST TAKE IT
Review: For only a few bucks you can own this phone with the camera and a carrying case.

Summary: Good value
Review: For such a cheap phone I wouldn't expect anything more. I got this phone for free from AT&T and happily used it for almost a year. It has good battery life and would charge in less than an hour. I dropped this phone a lot, but you would never know because it's pretty sturdy. I prefer a color screen and this is one of the only lower priced phones that has one. One thing that bothered me was that dust got trapped behind the screen and you could see it when the screen was dark. Overall I would recommend this phone if you're not looking for anything fancy like bluetooth or a camera.

Summary: It's OK. Nothing special. Good deal for free.
Review: I got this phone about five months ago, free with AT&T Wireless service, figuring I'd check out the service, and if I were using it a lot, I'd buy a better phone then. This has turned out to be an OK phone, and I haven't felt the need to upgrade.

My first concern was the size of the keys. They're small. Really small. But I find that I don't have trouble using them, despite my stubby fingers. The little joystick is kind of a pain, but I don't use it all that much.

I actually use the phone most often with the hands-free unit that comes with the phone, and that works well. Sound quality is good at my end, and no one has complained about me sounding bad to them with it. I find the phone a little awkward to hold to my ear, in part because it's so small. But that does make it easy to carry.

Battery life and signal strength are fine. I've used it for days without recharging, and it recharges quickly. I have good reception throughout the S.F. Bay Area, and have had good luck with it in San Diego and the greater L.A. area.

All in all, I probably wouldn't spend money on it, but for a free phone, it's certainly adequate.

Summary: Don't like it.
Review: I had the choice of another free phone. Should have taken the other one. I picked this one for the color screen. Can't hear it ring, turning vol to max doesn't help much. Reception is poor. Was never able to figure out what m mode is.
Would not pick it again.

Summary: A GREAT Phone
Review: I had this phone for 1 whole year now and its a great phone only that some places you can't get any reception. Then Cons on this phone is that the keys are VERY small,If you don't put this phone on phone lock it tends to call people in your call list. Some Pros are the battery lasts a VERY long time, Very good color display, and clear hearing ringtones. But the plus of this phone is that its very durable. I have to tell you that I'm impressed that my phone is still in great shape after droping it down stairs, cement, and even my sister throwing it across the room once were it hit the wall. If you want a phone that will last you a while buy this phone.

Summary: Please avoid this phone!
Review: I have had this phone for about a year now. I thought it looked great in the store and the price was very attractive. I was a little hesitant at first with it, because the display model was non-operational and when I asked to see it working, he refused because he did not have a valid SIM card for it. I took the phone anyways, because I got it for around $25 after rebates.
The bad points:
Right away, I noticed the slow speed of the phone. Scrolling through the phonebook is not fun and often requires you to correct the overscroll caused by the slow speed of the phone. Navigating through menus takes too long. Even in full service, it takes nearly 40 seconds to fully turn on. Recently my phone has been either cutting me off of calls or not letting me dial out, even though I would have full signal strength. I had the phone looked at, and At&t told me it was because of recent network changes...i guess, whatever. It also displays odd messages on the screen sometimes, such as "cingular" and "Access denied" Restarting the phone solved this. Sometimes it will display a small phone icon will appear that is crossed out. The display is not that great, not nearly as crisp and detailed as other colored screen phones. The screen also fades and smears when you play games. I would avoid the camera attachment also. The used the wireless internet for a couple of weeks and did not like it at all. It would take literally 4-5 mins for me to access my Ebay auctions I was selling. It loads the pages incredibly slow, now matter where I was in Ohio. The screen collects dust well and scratches easily. The phone is a little large, you will know it's in your pocket (i was using the nokia 8260 before and it was smaller). The joystick is frustrating if you like using your thumb. The volume of the earpice does not go high enough if you are in a busy room.

The good news:
It's a cheap phone. I guess it is worth it's price around $25. It allows you to save all contacts on the SIM card, which is nice when changing phones. It can beam the info through infrared also. You can change it's faceplate easily. The battery life is about 2.5 days on standby. It comes with some cool ringtones including about 5 polyphonic. The games are pretty cool on it. You can download pics and place them as your background(standard on most phones anyways). The case of the phone is sleek looking, I got some compliements on it. You can hook a camera up to it. It has a voice clip recorder for voice notes. The sound quality of calls is not bad. The microphone is really good.

Conclusion: Go with the t306 if you aren't in a hurry and don't mind reduced quality. I would recommend the new t616 camera phone, it improves so much on this one.

Summary: Think twice before selecting THIS phone
Review: I have had this phone for over a year. I have complained about the reception and was told that the New Generation towers are not up everywhere so it will get better. I am still waiting. And that's from AT&T! Now that AT&T is with Cingular, I had hoped for improved reception. I am beginning to think that it is the phones fault since I never hear anyone else complain. It does not receive the connection in parts of Utah, Montana, and Washington, which I can forgive because those are some off the beaten track places, but it also does not receive a network connection just 30 mins. from St. Louis, MO. Nor does it connect in Savannah, GA. And in ALL these places the people I am with are making phone calls with their phones (some AT&T as well). I got the phone for free. IN fact, I got two of them for free. That should have been my first clue. When they are giving them away like that, it can't be worth much. I agree with the other reviews on tiny keys, slow toggle around to all menues, low ringtones (i miss many calls), and I cannot think of ANY good reason to choose this phone over another--unless they give TWO to you free and you never leave the city!

Rating it with a 2 is overly generous of me; but it does work in the city. And it's small and cute.

Summary: Better than expected
Review: I have read many reviews about this particular phone. Most were negative. However, I must counter the negative reviews. A lot of the folks using it stated that it had low signal strength indoors. I use it indoors all of the time, many times in concrete buildings (bunker type buildings) with no windows. The signal bar has been very strong...not two bars like a lot of folks are complaining about. The clarity in voice reception and transmission is very clear. Better than my Nokia 6200. Most of the new cellular phones do not have external antennas. Keep your hands away from the antenna section of the phone and your reception will be fine. This phone is also on GSM tri-band. Many of the faults are not with a particular device but with the service provider. As more GSM towers go up, service for all should improve.
