Summary: DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE
Review: Although I am a HUGE fan of Motorola, I'm surprised that they haven't taken this phone off the shelf. I agree with other customers who purchased this phone. The life span of the battery is not very long, and THE BATTERY IS NOT REPLACEABLE. After speaking with a customer service representative, I was told that Motorola considers this a 'disposable' phone. Huh??? From the Startac to the V-series, Moto has done a GREAT job. Buy a different phone from Motorola, just not this one.

Summary: Not so good......
Review: Battery life sucks... I will charge it for hours and after 5 mins of talk time, the bar will go down to 1. Battery can't be replaced! This phone sucks... So does the Motorola V66... I suggest you buy a Nokia 3595 or Samsung R225 (Most dependable phones i've ever used)

Summary: IT SUCKS !!!!
Review: DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE, I HAVE HAD IT FOR LESS THAN 6 MONTHS AND MY PHONE COMPANY HAS ALREADY REPLACED IT 3 TIMES AND ALWAYS BECAUSE THE BATTERY FAILS, THAT FIGURES....

Summary: Piece of GARBAGE
Review: I advise anyone that has this phone to GET RID OF IT IMMEDIATELY. Motorola is well aware of the manufacturer problems with this phone: no charging, poor connections, lost calls, shutting off when you don't want it to, doesn't hold a charge if you can get the charger to CHARGE.

I had FOUR handsets before TMobile offered me a free upgrade, to a much better piece of equipment.

DO NOT BUY THIS GARBAGE!!!!!

Summary: Listen to everyone else, don't buy this phone.
Review: i along with probably 2-5 of my friends own this phone. it lures you in because it's cute, inexpensive, and works fine for the first month. it begins to hold less and less of a charge. right now mine will only work when it's plugged into the wall, or if charge it and leave it off i can sometimes make a quick emergency phone call if i'm driving or something. i HATE this phone.

Summary: Disgrace to Motorola as communications leader
Review: I am a major fan of motorola products. But after having used this phone for an year, I am looking at everything but motorola.
It looks good, small and cute. If your boss is trying to call you for status report, u can safely balme it on the cell not having signal strength.
The key pad does not respond once in a while. The phone gets stuck like Microsoft Windows. The only option you have is restsart the phone.
DONT BUY THIS EVEN BY MISTAKE.

Summary: I even work for Motorola and I hated this phone
Review: I did not have any issues with the battery as everyone else did. I had a horrible time with the volume quality of the phone. Although I know it is not the safest thing to use while driving I could not hear anything on the road. I could not hear anything in public. Even at home. I also lost the function of a lite up screen. There is no volume control, and sometimes the phone pad sticks. Nothing good to talk about.

Summary: I would give it ZERO stars if Amazon let me
Review: I don't know where to start...it's been over a year that I have had this phone, and I am now on phone number three. The first two phones I had were replaced under warranty because of faulty batteries. After about 3-4 months, the battery (which is built in and cannot be replaced) would not hold charge, and a fully charged battery could not go 10 seconds into a call without it showing the low battery warning and beeping at me. Well, third time's a charm, right? Wrong. My third phone just started to have the same problem, only now it's not covered under warranty. I was saddened to see that T-Mobile is still offering this phone, especially after I talked to a Customer Service representative today, and he told me that T-Mobile is aware of the phone's defective nature.

Despite this, there are some good things about this phone:
-It's small
-The rubber grip is nice
-The Vibrate and Ring feature is nice
-It has an alarm

Overall, I would not buy this phone. I got it because Amazon was offering a big rebate for it. I wish I had paid for a good phone.

DON'T BUY THIS PHONE

Summary: Go for practicality!
Review: I get a lot of comments on how "cute" my phone is, and most people can't believe that it's actually a phone. However, I didn't buy the phone just for its cuteness. The internal battery is a hassle. If you leave it off of the charger for longer than a day, you'll have to recharge it overnight. This isn't a problem, but I'm always afraid that if I carry my phone around, the next time I try to use it, it will be dead. Of course, because the battery is internal, I can't buy a new battery for the phone. The music-like ring tones, while they are much better than a normal cell phone's ring, are VERY quiet. Most of the time I can't tell that my cell phone is actually ringing. Don't buy this phone! Unless you want quiet ringers, and a "cute" phone, look for something more practical.
