The CD player is equipped with all the basic CD functions, including repeat (for both one and all discs) and disc skip. When listeners tire of prerecorded music, they can switch to the analog AM/FM tuner to enjoy the full spectrum of public and commercial radio stations. Users can record from both the AM/FM tuner and the CD player, in addition to dubbing from one cassette to another. Each of the 7.5-watt speakers detaches and sits independently on a bookshelf if the situation requires, or they stay bonded to the main unit for portable transport.
