Summary: The Jury is still out since it's a recent purchase
Review: Overall, it appears to be a good little phone. I have only had it a few months, and what I like and dislike so far:

It's small enough to carry in the pocket without having to have a carrier on your belt...enough junk hanging on my belt already.

The pictures are much better than expected from such a tiny camera. I have printed off a few, and if you take one in good light with a stationary subject, they come out as good as many film cameras.

The address book has several new features that allow you to store the birthdate, a separate picture (that shows when the person calls you) and even assign a distinct ringer for each person. Makes it easy to know when the wife or the boss is calling.

The ability to download screen savers and ringers is cool. It's an extra cost, but not too bad ($1.50 + connection charges) as long as you don't go crazy with it.

The downsides are probably more related to Sprint service than the phone itself. I always have had a terrible time with their spotty reception. Even in a major city, I am frequently going through areas where you get cut off because there is no tower coverage. I also wish you could delete portions of the software that you don't like, for example the games. I've never played them and never will. It would be nice to be able to use the extra memory by deleting them from my phone.

Not a bad phone for the cost (+/- $50). I would be very upset if I actually had to pay $250 for it though.

Summary: Good Phone
Review: All and all its a good phone, but it freezes sometimes when im on the internet, or playing a game. But it might just be the service, I dropped it like 100 times and it still works after like 4 months of dropping it. So now im looking at the sanyo pm-8200 phone, cause i guess the camera quality is better and it has speakerphone.
