Summary: Awesome phone
Review: I got no problem with this phone. After 10 months of used I experienced a horizontal line is appearing and disappearing on the screen.T mobile replaces me with new phone. The only thing in this phone that I dont like is the power on/off swith which is sometimes diificult to turn off/on especially if you got big finger tip.

Summary: good phone
Review: Good phone. I always stick to Nokias, esp since my Motorola messed up on me once, and when they gave me another Motorola, it messed up again in the same exact way (buttons wouldn't work). It's light and small, and the rings are cool. Pretty color screen. I've had it for about 4 months so far and nothing has messed up. Only concern is cheap and light casing.

Summary: The WORST Customer Srvice: PHONES are not available!
Review: This is RIDICULOUS!
I have ordered 2 cell phones (NOKIA 6610) on Monday May 17th and the expected delivery was Wednesday May 19th!
On Thursday May 20th I called Customer Service and I was told that for a "technicality" the order was cancelled!
The customer Support Representative (Josh) assured me that he re-order the phones and they will be delivered on Monday May 24th.
NOTE: after I called Amazon Customer support again and a Customer Support Representative said that the "technicality" was that the phones were NOT IN STOCK!
Today (Friday May 21st) I have called again Customer Support, because in my account I DID NOT SEE any order!
This time, the Customer Support Representative (Erik) said that my order could not be delivered before than 3-4 weeks (or a lot more) and that the best thing to do for me is to go to a T-Mobile store and purchase the phone!!!
R I D I C U L O U S!
This is the worst Customer Service I have encountered!
Lies and excuses do not make the customer happy: I would rather have someone tell me the truth since the beginning, without me, calling so many times and talking to incompetent and "with an attitude" people!

I am very, very unhappy about all of this... I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING ELSE FROM AMAZON AND I WILL MAKE SURE THAT ALL THE PEOPLE I KNOW WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN FROM THEM!

Summary: nice and small`
Review: It's nice and small, ringtones can be downloaded (through http://muwap.com, use "amazon" as a coupon for 10% off), nice colors, good sound quality... just make sure you lock it, or you'll end up making calls you don't intend to make.

Summary: Excellent phone!
Review: This Nokia phone is having very good signal reception. I checked with carrying Samsung phone(Sprint) and Nokia(TMobile). Inside the shopping malls I do have good signal strength for Nokia but not for the Samsung phone(zero). Also Nokia phone is more user friendly. You can change the cover once in a while and have the brand new look.

Summary: What?!
Review: Get used to saying this often, after purchasing the 6610.

This phone is awesome, except that you can't hear people too clearly & they can't comprehend you all that well. You will find yourself asking them to repeat words, and they will think you said "Duh!" when you were simply saying "AND". Seriously, I thinkthis phone is why Sprint made those series of commercials where people mis-understood the other cell phone user. It sounds like dial-up streaming media :(

Summary: PERFECT!!
Review: GREAT PHONE THAT OFFERS EXCELLENT PREFORMANCE AND FEATURES AT A VERY REASONABLE PRICE.THE ONLY ANNOYANCE IS THE LACK OF "NORMAL" RING TONES, OTHERWISE A GREAT PHONE.

Summary: Good phone
Review: This phone is small and light weighted. The phone book is easy access. I've been getting some good and bad reviews with regard to the sound quality and the reception. Well, the most I can do to help is, so far, I've been getting pretty good reptions in San Mateo, So SF, Paolo Alto area, etc... The alarm clock is a nice feature to have. I expected more for the picture quality. In my opinion, sony erricson T610 has better quality. Most of the wallpapers are not that pretty. Like many other viewers, the volume control is Hard to press. The Power button is too, but if I dont always turn it on and off, so that is ok with me. Overall, I am happy with this new phone even tho the picture quality wasnt as good as I expected.

Summary: Good little phone and painless ordering
Review: Ordered the 6610 on Amazon with the 19.99 T-Mo plan and the free shipping option. There's a rebate that gives me back the price of the phone plus $25 more--will see if I get it and report back later). The est. shipping was 6-9 days. My phone was actually shipped via Fedex Express Saver, and arrived in just 2 days (Better than expected for any free shipping!!)

Phone came ready to go with a T-Mo phone #. I now have to port my old cell # to this phone (by calling T-Mo).

Minor issue is that I think my month access fee with T-Mo starts when I ordered the phone, not when I first turned it on. That means I pay even while the phone was in shipping. (I also ordered ~9 days early since the site said it would take that long to ship during the ordering, which means 1/3 of the monthly access fee was wasted--that's why I chose the cheapest plan).

As for the phone, it's nice for someone who just wants to talk with it. Size is small and radio is nice. The calculator and unit conversion programs may come in handy someday. Only draw back is it uses non-2.5mm headphone, but a nokia type headphone is included. My reception with T-Mo is sub-par at home in W. Natick, but Cingular didn't have good reception either.
