Summary: More bad than good.
Review: The good part is that it is small. Voice activation is a nice feature. It does not use color which drains batteries very fast.Bad is that it has average reception, not as good as Nokia phones. The manual is poorly written and Motorola does not provide live technical support and AT&T tech support is of no help. The manual says that owners have a choice of several ring tones including ring and vibrate but in fact user has only three choices, ring loud, silent, and vibrate. It takes some getting used to in learning how to use the Menu but once that is done it is not hard. Redialing is a problem. Not as simple as that found on Nokia phones for example.

Summary: Nice little phone but a bit dated
Review: The lower rubber button on the left side kept popping out, and I finally lost it. The mororola service line sent me to some lame Indian customer support call center and he suggested I ask Cingular for help, and to not tell them I was using ATT. Real integrity there. He said their address was somewhere on I-35, but did not know what the "I" was for in the address. No other help was possible to replace the rubber button. Come on guys....
User interface needs work. Belt clip is bulky, but is actually very functional, as long as you have a belt.

Summary: Just say no...
Review: The reception and features are fine. It is much harder to program than previous phones I have used. I had the phone right at 11 months and 2 weeks and the antenna broke--believe me, it does not take that much pressure. I called ATT and they gave me info...turns out the antennas are breaking so often Motorola is fixing them for free. But, I would have to pay for shipping and be cellular-less for at least a week. Or I could have somebody fix it here and it would cost about 35.00 and done right away. I am choosing option "C". Getting rid of the whole thing and going with Cingular. Can't beat those rollover minutes!! And now on national plans!! Anyway, I never called Motorola to see if they fix the phone back to the original state or if they improve the attached antenna. Why get it fixed if it's going to just break again? Also, the battery does not seem to last that long. And the clip for the phone is absolutely ridiculous. It is a big, bulky, plastic thing.

Summary: Pretty Good
Review: The V60 i loved for about 6 months then a relitive got got a Sanyo 4700 with Sprint. I laiked that much better because the voicemail told you who your message was from, aqnd the ringers sounded better and were much louder. My other complaint was major when about 18 Months after haveing the phone my antenna broke off and was lost. AT&T would only give me a refurished Nokia 1260 which was not a nice or as expensive as my phone, and would only give it to me if I gave them my V60 and a 1 Year contract. So since I only had another 6 Months I did nothing about the phone, but I went to a smaller plan and gat a Samsung A600 with Sprint and have no Complaints, because the Motorola literraly whold only work in the AT&T Wireless Location.

Summary: Solid Feel in your hand
Review: The V60i is a very nice phone that is durable enough to stand up to the rigors of everyday use as well as the occasional drop. It has an incredible stand-by charge and I have found with my moderate amount of use that I can get away with charging about every 6 days. Clarity and useful features (not a bunch of games and music) make this phone a value, I plan to get another one for my wife.

Review: This cellphone looks new but the menu setup .... I have for more than a month and I still can't costumize it easily! I suggest you to check Nokia too cause I had a Nokia last time and working whith it is much more easier especialy for ladies!
Bu the phone Looks Great! You can change the skin (just like Nokia) and there are alot of accessories for it that you can buy separately. The back light is green which (in my opinion) isn't as cool as the blue ones. Anyway overall I give this cellphone 3 stars and by now it did a good job for me.

Summary: antenna troubles
Review: This is the worst cellular phone that i have ever owned. The antenna is flimsy and breaks easily. This problem isn't covered by the warranty and resulted in my purchasing three within the span of a year. If you ever put your phone in your pocket, think twice before buying this product!

Summary: A RIP OFF
Review: THIS PHONE BLOWS I HAVE HAD IT FOR A MONTH AND I THE ANTENNA HAS ALREADY BROKEN OFF. I HAVE BEEN TOLD TO SEND IT IN BUT THAT TAKES MUC TOO LONG. ALSO I DON'T RECIEVE 9/10'S OF MY CALLS EVEN BEFORE THE ANNTENNA BROKE. OFTEN I WILLL ATTEMPT TO MAKE A CALL WITH 3 BARS AND I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO. IT IS A FRIGGIN RIP OFF NEVER BUY THIS PHONE!!!!

Summary: Great Phone...not so great service!
Review: This phone has the best reception I have ever had...trust me, I've been through 6 phones and 3 carriers. The only places I do not get service are in elevators and underground parking garages. AT&T does not have the best customer service and I am now switching services since they are in the beginning steps to get rid of the TDMA network, which is the network I am currently on. Their new (GSM) network is not very good and you can't switch this phone to the GSM network. One major drawback is that the antenna is very long and you cannot adjust it. It has been broken once within the 2 years that I have had this phone. Motorola was more than happy to fix it since it was considered a defect.
