Summary: Never buy this phone, sincere suggestion!!!!!
Review: I have taken the phone 25 days back and for first 20 days it worked good and i was very happy with the deal,i didn't cared other reviews, even though negative about this phone, which u can see them.i was then realised when my phone started troubling me, reception really sucks me, cannot hear the others voice, some times cannot make/recieve calls and one great thing is battery gets down just in an one hour...most of my friends said that battery problem comes after 3months but i was shocked to feel it in a month, is this amazing??????? no it makes me mad!!!!
I am really happy with the AMAZON for giving us agreat deal and service.but i am not happy with this phone and i am sure u will not be too!!!!!!!

I would like to tell you not to be fooled with this model"
never be fooled, buying this piece !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Note: i am refering mainly the piece i got ,might be the problem with my piece or may be with the model itself.

Summary: Stunningly bad phone; at least it's small
Review: I own this phone. I returned my first one because of battery problems mentioned in other reviews. I've experienced reception problems. The programming in the phone is just BAD. Certain common sequences of button presses shut the phone off for no apparent reason. The phone can easily be made to lock up, sometimes mid-call. The backlight turns off at strange times. The only redeeming quality is its size; it fits comfortably in a pant or shirt pocket.

Summary: Don't bother
Review: I was drawn to this phone because of its compact size and good looks. Other than these two qualities, I hate every single thing about this phone! The reception sucks- it's hard to get a clear signal in the middle of Phoenix. It's hard to hear people on the other end. It completely shuts off for no reason whatsoever. The battery life stinks- it lasts a little more than one day. The charger for my car worked only about two times. Please don't make the same mistake I did, DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE!

Summary: Don't buy this phone...
Review: Like the other reviewer, I purchased this phone for the small size. It also came with a Disney Theme Pack (Winnie the Pooh) - my other reason for "upgrading". After receiving the phone (ATT service) I was amazed at how poor the reception was everywhere compared to my old phone. On my Nokia, I would get 4 out of 5 bars indoors in the center of my store (retail business). With this phone - no service at all. Even outdoors, nothing. Hve to hold the phone over my head to get a signal and then it shuts off when pressing the send key. Cannot be returned any more (kept it for 15 days). This is hands down the worst cell phone I have ever purchased, and I've had a lot of them over the years.

Summary: the absolute WORST phone EVER!!!
Review: Please do yourself a favor, click the back button, and forget you ever saw this phone. It's cute small design makes you think it must be a great phone. Looks can be deceving. I live in NYC and still reception is not as great as my new nokia 6800. The ringtones are WAY too low and the vibration is not felt at all when walking. I never know when people are calling me because either i cant hear it or the phone just turned off for no reason. Lastly, THE BATTERY IS HORRIBLE. After a five minute call, my battery is dead!!! This is the second return to AT&T, and still I have horrible battery life!!! I am getting rid of this phone. I expected more from motorola. I can now only trust Nokia, their ringtones are LOUD for city settings, and their battery life is WONDERFUL. Please take out advice! We aren't lying! The battery life is a joke!

Summary: Good design but very bad functionality
Review: This phone has a good design and when you look it at first time you get in love with it but..... Don't buy this phone!!

I've got this model two times and the 2nd has the same problems than first.

The battery life is very poor and it's integrated, it's too slow when you're looking a phone number on the Phone Directory and it's a problem specially when you're driving.

Please don't buy this phone.

Summary: looks can be deceiving
Review: This phone is terrible along with its service. I have had this phone for a year and have had too many problems. First, the functions that are discribed in the manual are not what's in the phone. The ringer volume jumps without you doing anything. I wasn't able to call anyone without the phone shutting off and losing service for a minute. I sent my phone in and they sent me a new one. The new one had the same problem and more. I wasn't then able to recieve calls, I'd just get the message that some one had left a voicemail. AT&T wouldn't do anything and charged me $30 for the new phone. It was my first and worst phone I've had.

Review: This phone is TERRIBLE!!! I have had 4 warranty exchanges on this phone and all of them have been plagued with the same problems mentioned by the other reviews. Do yourself a favor and run!!! Don't even look back at this sorry excuse for a phone.
