Summary: Discontinued for a reason
Review: Thank GOD this phone has been discontinued. When I had it all it caused were problems. Don't even think of changing the faceplates it because after u do then you can't get the darn thing, off not even to check the SIM card. My phone just stopped working after a while, I never received an explanation why tho'. My sister had hers replaced several times & her friend more than two times. The phone that they send you is just a reconditioned phone & even those phone have their own issues.
If possible I would give it zero (0) stars but you know how Amazon is....

Summary: Worst phone EVER!! 0 stars
Review: The battery on this phone works normal for 3 months. After that you have to continually replace this phone. In my 1 year contract I replaced this phone 3 times. The last time I just gave up and borrowed a friends phone. Don't get this phone!!!

Summary: Cute phone, low quality
Review: The Motorola C332 was my first phone and lasted about 18 months. I was 17 when I got it, and LOVED the look -- it's adorable and small! Unfortunately, the phone is completely low quality! The ringers were WAY too soft to hear -- I missed so many calls because I couldn't hear it...even when in the same room! Dropped calls became second nature...I would normally be dropped after about 14 minutes of talk time, which was annoying. During conversations, there was also much background noise, which I do not hear with my dad's much more reliable Motorola V60!

Now, the phone is 18 months of age and I will be buying a new phone. The battery lasts a total of 8 minutes now before beeping at me with a low battery warning. Unfortunately, the internal battery cannot be replaced, so I am forced to spend money on a brand new phone. I hope my next phone has louder ringers and doesn't drop my calls!

The phone is easy to use and cute, but there is a reason it was withdrawn from the T-Mobile shelves.

Cute phone, loooow quality. Too bad!

Summary: I can't believe this phone is still on the market.
Review: This is hands down the worst phone I have ever owned, and I have owned 3 of them. It all started when I bought one for my wife and myself last Christmas. Amazon was running a rebate that paid me one hundred dollars per phone to buy it. Paying me to take the phone; How could I resist, right? From the beginning, neither phone would hold a charge for any length of time, and yes, I did follow the recommended instructions for letting the battery die completely before recharging. The odd thing is that it isn't consistent about the length of time that it will hold a charge. Sometimes it will last almost all day and other times it beeps low battery after one 2 minute call, but never a whole day. Sometimes I pull it off the charger without making any calls and it beeps low battery by the time I get to work. My wife's phone has the same problem. After about seven months or so mine quit working and I had to call and get a replacement. I complained about the battery life and was told by the rep that there was a known defect with the software in the phone and that it was not the battery itself. He gave me a "trick" to try that supposedly solved the problem for about a month or two, but had to be repeated every so often. Basically it involved opening up the phone and turning off and back on again the internal power switch. It was supposed to reboot the software (did Microsoft make the software?) This "trick" turned out not to improve the phones battery performance at all. Anyway, he sent me a new phone, as my original one ceased functioning, and of course it had the same battery problem and the "trick" still didn't work. Another thing, the battery is sealed internally and not replaceable to my knowledge. My question is this: why would Motorola keep this phone on the market with a known defect? I often received compliments on the size and shape of the phone, but I had nothing nice to say about it other than it was cute. I hope you look over this model when making your new phone purchase. When I recently traded our phones for the Nokia 3595 (of which I have been very pleased so far) the salesman asked which phone we currently had. When we showed him our Motorola C332s, he rolled his eyes and laughed and said that he understood why we wanted a new phone. Oh, and my two year old son loves his two new Motorola C332 phones to play with.

Summary: Great inexpesive phone
Review: This is my second phone, having replaced my Nokia 5190. The Nokia was a great phone with many miles on it, but it finally died. As a replacement, this phone is right up my alley - much smaller than the Nokia (just a bit bigger than a business card), phone functions without a bunch of frills I won't use, and the price is right (can't beat cash back!). Highly recommended!

Summary: Awful, awful, awful!!!
Review: This phone is horrible. It rings very low, sounds horrible. The battery is the worst. I spent more of my day charging it then anything else. I sent it for repair and ended up with the same problems. Do not buy!!!

Summary: Just Say NO!!
Review: This phone is so bad that it does not even deserve one star. I've had it for a year, and while at first I loved it very much, now I am just sick and tired of it. This phone is constantly on my charger. I make like three phone calls and my battery dies. And whenever i'm on the phone for like more than 30 mins the phone starts to get warm, it is so weird. But anyways, don't buy this phone. It is so not worth the penny that it is going for.

Summary: I agree with everyone else
Review: This phone sucks. Horrible reception and the battery does not last long at all. T-Mobile replaced it 3 times, and I've given up... After my contract expires, I'm gonna switch to a Samsung phone. (my another family member has Samsung S105 and it works very fine.)
