Rating: Summary: Looks great. Doesn't work Review: Besides connectivity problems with my T68i and P800, the headset has lousy sound because the pickup mic is too far from your mouth. Street noise easily drowned out anything I was saying. I returned it after a week of trying to get it to work.
Rating: Summary: I really WISH this was a five-star product... Review: But wishing isn't going to make it happen. Ok, it's wireless. I like wireless, but compared to a traditional hands-free device this is not enough to justify the purchase. I found it difficult to use without reading the manual (I hate manuals), it's hard to hear while driving, the battery life sucks, and it's uncomfortable for long periods in the ear. Enough said? Yep.

Rating: Summary: Horrible device Review: Does not establish solid connection to phone. After about 4 months, battery life was so poor that I ended up calling tech support. Was never able to get issues resolved and the device is now worthless.
Rating: Summary: Doesn't fit all ear sizes; Echo problems Review: I am on my third HBH-60 (Retailer exchange and SE warranty exchange), but there are still echo problems. Basically, the person who I was communicating with would hear an echo of his voice. I realized that if I had the mini boom angled upward, then the earphone part would fit snuggly into my ear (I think that the manual suggests angling the boom downward, probably for better sound pickup at the mike) which would reduce the echo. It turned out that if I snuggly fit the ear loop, then the earphone part would not fit into my ear hole and the echos would worsen. Even with the earphone part fit snuggly into my ear hole and, consequently, with the ear loop adjar, the person would say that he could still hear a slight echo if he spoke loudly. Basically, after some experiments, it turns out that the mike at the end of the mini boom would pick up the sound from the earphone at the other end of the boom. My problems may be mainly due to the poor fitting of the earphone part into my ear hole. Basically, if they made the ear loop more adjustable (or maybe even gave different-sized ear loops) perhaps this would've been perfect. Mine's going back to SE. By the way, I gotta say that SE was nice in FedEx'ing me a replacement, although it still echos. I would pay a premium for high-tech products, but only 1 star for the non-adjustable earloop contributing to the echo problem(many of the people I've talked to find the echo quite annoying). Mine had R1A on the bar code sticker, which may indicate "Revision 1A". Perhaps they'll fix either the ear loop or the echo problem or both by the time you read this. I'm now looking at the HBH-35 with the longer mike boom, but I'm not sure if its ear loop is any better. Jabra looks too dorky for me, in my opinion. Unfortunate that SE couldn't just have some sort of echo cancellation feature which eliminates echos for the poorly-fitting headsets.

Rating: Summary: Nice Headset. But has its problems Review: I have been using the headset for about 2 weeks. I found very little problems. The battery life could be longer but I chage mine every night and have had no problems. Sound is good for me and I also found that having it on for a long time is not comfortable.I love the fact that there is no wire! There have been so many times where I am in my car and I hit the stupid wire. Anything that reduces the number of wires that I have to untangle is a MAJOR PLUS.

Rating: Summary: Looks good but doesn't have useful battery life. Review: I have purchased the last three SonyEricsson Headsets. I tend to lose them. The HBH-60 isn't useful for anyone who uses their phone at any length. To be on a thirty minute conference call with this headset is dangerous. An hour long call is impossible.
