Review: When I ordered this phone I put too much trust in the ATT&T brand. It feels so light it's like a toy and slippery to hold. It doesn't easy sit in the base and as a result when it's hung up it often doesn't sit in the cradle to recharge correctly. I revisted the site, carefully read customer reviews and found them very insightful. Amazon provided excellent service and allowed me to return it and order a new phone which I am very pleased with.
