Description:

Casio's TA-114 digital answering machine is an all-digital telephone answering device (TAD) with 18 minutes of digital recording for incoming messages and your greeting. It accommodates one outgoing message. For most, this will be all you'll need on a daily basis. This unit is fully operational from remote locations and features remote turn-on capability, making it easy to pick up and manage your messages wherever you are. It's even short burst/cellular compatible.

Casio's TA-144 is feature-rich. Its voice/time/day stamp lets you know when each message was received, whether you play back your messages at home or from a remote location. A new message indicator flashes rapidly to alert you to new messages and flashes slowly when messages are saved. Its voice-assisted operation features a synthesized voice that confirms machine functions and commands. It even comes with a talking clock.

Call screening is available with this unit, allowing you to listen to messages as they are recorded, and its selective message erase lets you save and erase specific messages. The TA-114 also has a handy auto disconnect that stops the unit when you pick up during a message. When picking up your messages from a remote location, this unit includes a ring select with toll-saver feature. This enables the machine to take your call after two rings if a new message is waiting for you, or four rings if one is not. If calling long distance to check on messages, you can hang up on the third ring and save the charge.

The Casio TA-114 uses a 9-volt battery (not included) for power failure protection, and it has a built-in low battery indicator. This unit comes with a one-year warranty.
