Summary: Excellent wall phone!
Review: Have owned this phone for almost a year. Sound quality is exceptionally good. I have it wall mounted in kitchen (over a DSL line filter)...with no need for a separate power cord. I replaced a traditional wall phone which kept falling off the wall. This phone stays put and takes up much less space. Keypad is on the inside of the handset. Caller ID works great. Easy to read...especially nice if in the middle of fixing dinner. I highly recommend this phone to anyone considering it.

Summary: Poor Performing Phone
Review: I have owned this phone for over a year now and it has had numerous problems with the caller id. Now it will show the caller calling but as soon as you pick up the phone it looses it's memory. If you have had 5 calls between the time you viewed it last and when you come home you better view them all because they are ALL GOING TO DISAPPEAR as soon as you lift the handset. I can't figure it out for the life of me why it's doing this. I have had problems with it since I got it and wish I had taken it back as soon as I found out it was problematic. Would I purchase it again - NO WAY.

Summary: AT&T corded caller id wall mount phone user friendly!
Review: Pleased with this phone... It fits securly on the wall, the wall mount kit is quick and easy. The phone handset stays securly in place (unlike other corded wall phones).
The best part is that the caller id runs on battery power instead of an power cord. I am not able to run a power cord from my wall mount phone because there is not an outlet close enough and I cannot have a cord hanging from the phone because I have an 8 month old crawler (need I say more?)
Caller ID screen shows up while phone is mounted on the wall so you can view it without picking it up. (free up your hands!) Nice ring too, not annoying. good quality sound too

Summary: poor design
Review: the phone itself and the caller id features work well, but putting buttons on the back of the handset is really dumb. it's very easy to inadvertantly push one of those buttons when holding the handset, and propping the phone between your ear and shoulder is a virtual guarantee that you'll do things like put people on hold unintentionally
