Summary: The worst phone I ever owned
Review: After using for 5 minutes, my ear becomes very uncomfortable as handset becomes hot. I wouldn't recommend it.

Summary: Poor quality, broke after three weeks
Review: Have owned this phone for three weeks and already has problem with going dead while you are in the middle of talking with someone. Appears the battery or wiring is defective. Bottom line recommendation-stay away from this phone!

Summary: Not a Problem
Review: I'm actually leasing this product now from AT&T. I've been leasing for over ten years and decided to purchase a phone. I've had several from AT&T with problems, and I've returned them. They offered me this one, and I do like it but I want buttons on the phone and on the base and a answering machine which this doesn't have. I just purchased a new phone and I'm returning this one but I want to purchase it for another room. I have no problems with it.

Summary: I Like It!
Review: This is the first cordless phone I've ever found comfortable enough to talk on for extended periods. It's ergonomically designed like the old, corded Trimline phones so it doesn't hurt the outside of my ear like most cordless phones do. It's comfortable to hold, and holding it btwn my head and shoulder to free up my hands doesn't cause any of the buttons to key and disconnect - like many cordless phones do. I've had my current one for several years and would keep it except the LCD display on the caller ID has worn out. I'm buying a new one of the same model because I like it so much. I highly recommend this phone!
