Summary: Has had a few problems
Review: My sister received this phone for Christmas four years ago, and was happy with it for about the first two years or so. After that, it started having problems and would sometimes turn itself off after it was turned on or would not pick up when trying to answer the phone. The battery is not the problem, as it has been replaced, but the phone has repeatedly had problems ever since then. Buy this phone only if you are willing to get a new one in a few years.
