Summary: Customer Service is Horrendous!
Review: Although I cannot speak to the quality of this individual product I can speak to GATEWAY'S customer service. BUY ANY OTHER BRAND OF PC!!!! Customer service is horrendous and seems more concerned with getting your $50 for shipping and handling (to ship to the service center when you have a problem) than actually solving your problems. My last customer service session consisted of two steps (1) "reload your drivers" - which come on, I already thought of that, and (2) what is your credit card information so we can ship your pc to the service center (even though it was still under warranty). AGAIN....BUY ANY OTHER BRAND OF PC!!!!

Summary: Great Little System for the $$
Review: Gateway award winning desktops are always a good choice for customers. I wasn't disapointed a bit with the feature set of this machine. 256MB of memory and a 15 inch LCD were the primary feature sets that seperated this product from the other machines.

Review: Not a bad system though I reccomend getting a bigger HDD drive. I've had Gateway's in the past and had no trouble with the tech support, but then I haven't had any serious problems with any of my Gateway systems.
