Summary: Fickle tuning, sounds pretty good when signal is perfect
Review: I live in a large NYC apt. building so I'm sure there is a lot more electronic interference than a house in the suburbs would have. But I find that it's difficult to tune precisely, and as I move around (never more than 50' from the base) I hear clipping, i.e., quick interruptions in the music. When I lean my head back on the couch, which is against a wall, I also get some interference. I'd compare the whole experience with listening to a fairly weak radio broadcast on a portable radio. Definitely not ideal.

The velvety ear cups don't make my ears too hot as another reviewer complained, but I can understand how it might bother some people in this way. The headset is a bit heavy and unbalanced. I am always sort of subconsciously adjusting them on my head.

Maybe these are prices to pay to have wireless, which is what I needed. Just know what you're in for: if you're looking for a clean signal, get a wired headset.

As for sound, when the signal is clear it's pretty good. Not fantastic (a bit weak on the low frequencies, I think), but certainly sufficient.

Summary: Fantasic heaphones
Review: I use these at work and I must say that it's great to be able to get up to get a soda and still be listening to music. I've tried other wireless headphones and while walking, I tend to get static and other interfernce, with these almost none until you approach the maximum range (150ft.) from the base. The sound quality is fantasic no matter what you listen to, and with SRS system built in it provides a fuller sound than normal headphones. These headphones are supprisingly light and comfortable, and you tend forget that they're on your head. The only downside is that the battery only lasts 4.5 hours, but they provide you with 2 and a charging slot for it in the base. I highly recomemnd these headphones to anyone with is an audiophile and is tired of triping over corded headphones.

Summary: Great gift
Review: My brother in law got me a set of these and I think they're one of the best accessories I've ever used. Sound quality is outstanding, I hear no static even 2 floors down when I'm doing laundry, and the extra battery charges in the base so you can quickly swap out if you run out of juice. Comfortable as heck. I don't know why the other person said they weren't tight enough, unless he had a really small head. I think the tension is perfect, but I'm a 6'2" American guy so your mileage may vary.

Summary: Things you need to know : rs-30,rs-40,rs-60
Review: Plus sides: Good sound quality (Not excellent but above average)
Easy to use;comes with 2 batteries+charger
lightweight
Surround sound option
Earcups swivel to fit, very flexible

Downsides: #1) The material, velvet-like is *extremely* warm... if you live in alaska, or antarctica you'll love these. This alone is reason enough not to buy them. (I'm considering using these as earmuffs. After a while they may get sweaty too.

#2) If you place too close to electrical appliances, especially tvs and computers really shortens the range before they start screwing up, but if the transmitter is isolated from anything else, it should work fine.

Range is exaggerated. no way it can go more than 100 feet without disruption in metro areas.

My advice: Get something with more comfortable material if you do go wireless. Not worth this price.

Summary: disappointed
Review: The RS60 works good soundwise but has 2 major flaws. One; they don't stay on your head easily because they simply are not tight enough, if I bend over they fall off. Two; the volume and tuning controls are a little hard to find and control. They are too small and move to easily. So adjusting the volume is tedious ie. one minor touch could increase/decrease the volume by a very large percent. Also a second battery was necessary and expensive as the battery life is only about 3 hrs. Keep one battery in the charger and wear one or they may go out in the middle of the a movie. I have been getting a lot more static compared to when first purchased, could be the cats knocking over the base station more than a few times, Range is pretty good but not 300ft. between walls maybe half of that. All in all I could have gotten better cheaper.I paid more for I thought higher quality. Not staying on my head is the biggest bummer as its hard to do stuff while wearing them unless I wear a hat or headband to hold them on.
