Summary: Perfect Laptop in a Perfect Package
Review: I recently started attending a university and found myself needing a laptop because I didn't want to disturb my roommates late at night. I also wanted a computer I could take to the library and something I could take notes with in class. I finally settled on this laptop and I have not been disappointed so far.

This laptop has everything I need and nothing extra. It's sleek, lightweight package makes it easy to carry around in my backback without weighing it down and there's still plenty of space for a few textbooks and notebooks. The long battery life easily lasts me through a days worth of classes without having to recharge. The generous 14" screen provides plenty of viewable area for typing, which is especially important when doing papers at 3am and your eyes start to hurt. Smaller laptops with 12" screens might be nice and compact, but an extra 2 inches makes a world of difference on your eyes.

Besides all the usual USB ports and ethernet/modem port, this laptop also has built a in wireless LAN card. Because the campus I go to is wired for wireless LAN, I can check my email and surf the web without having to carry around a separate cat5 cable and find a port I can plug into. It's also a money saver because you don't need to buy one seperately.

The only downside to this machine would be it's 850MHz CPU, but it turns out that's more than enough for word processing and surfing the web. The other complaint I can think of is the resolution being capped at 1024x768. I wish the video card was a little better, but it's sufficient for my purposes.

This laptop will get a lot of double-looks from other students because it looks so nice and the extra space in your backpack can make a huge difference so your back will be thanking you at the end of the day.
