Review: This is my e-mail to the fine fellows at Office Depot, I'll update this if anything actually happens because of it; oh and my 1 star/5 has extra meaning you'll soon find out:

Let's see where should I begin,

1. You gouged me $7.54 in shipping and handling on my 11.95 labels, and so I check my tracking number and indicates FEDEX ground, ok fine.

2. Despite having by far the most expensive shipping of all my purchases that day, yours was the last to come.

3. When the labels finally do come; I'm thinking to myself well good at least they came before I had to leave, let's open them up and have a look. But here's the catch: there are twenty labels CD/DVD labels. Yes count them twenty. Twenty.
Let me refresh your memory and refresh your memory with what you described your product as:

Now I'm no rocket scientist, but to me that says I'm getting 100 CD/DVD labels.

This has been my worst online transaction ever. Explain to me why I should shop with you again, and moreover shouldn't request an 80% refund?
