Summary: It's a Good Wheel.
Review: Alot of the reviews I've read on here have nothing to do with the wheel being bad. Its just that their computers just suck. If you have a decent computer and want a good cheap wheel with pedals than this is the one. Most of the reviews on here make it sound like they were wanting to get all the great functions and capability of a $150 wheel in this $40 wheel. The only problem I had was the tilt. It takes some getting used to. The pedals are alittle light so make sure u have something behind them to keep them from moving. Other than that I see no problems with it. It's worked for all my racing games and even my flight sims. Just remember your going to get what you pay for. IMO You get plenty for your money in this wheel. The button configuration are easily used while driving and you can change the sensitivy of the wheel while playing the game. Its one of the best your gunna find for its price tag.

Summary: Where's the Customer Support?
Review: As noted by another reviewer, I also experienced problems with the V3 and my HP Pavilion. This did not make me as angry as the fact that I have e-mailed Interact twice without receiving any kind of response. I strongly suggest that anyone considering buying this product should look elsewhere. There are many other racing wheels that provide top quality and have customer support that actually exists.

Summary: The V3 Racing Wheel
Review: As someone who personally owns one, the V3 racing wheel is as good as it gets. I am an 11 year old who takes my racing games seriously. The V3 racing wheel is the ultimate when it comes to that last lap. It has a digital pad on the top of the wheel incase you aren't so good at steering. Interact has a long range of gaming products. I also currently own the Ultra Racer. It only cost me $20. It has pretty good steering but takes about a few minutes to get used to it. That doesn't affect it much. It is still nice. So buy a V3 racing wheel and buy a ultra racer with it!

Summary: WORKS FOR ME
Review: Have had mine for almost a month and it works great. No trouble at all loading it with WIN98. Loaded it using Serial Port, and have sinced switched it over to USB. Came with a CD and all the drivers. Personally, I haven't experienced any of the problems the others have with this product. Works well with NASCAR 99, Monster Truck Madness II, and Mech Warrior. Solid control and very user friendly when it comes to the steering controls. I also drive with both feet and wearing 10 1/2's they fit fine. I especially like the tilt and telescope capabilites and the way it fits under your legs in the chair. At this price, you won't find a better wheel with pedals, period.

Summary: THIS STUPID WHEEL
Review: I have had as much trouble with as anyone else and THIS WHEEL SUCKS...it would be awesome if it actually worked right. The concept is great but the software/programming or whatever design side of it is HORRIBLE. DON'T BUY THIS...not even that $5 offer on that other guys review

Summary: Couldn't beat for the $$$$$$$$$$$
Review: I have owned this wheel for 8 or 9 years, still works, but when I bought it, it was the best deal for the money, comparing $40 to then $90 and up, but today, the best buy on the market has to be Logitech GP force feedback, for $69 and less.
Still for youngsters, the V3 works great, and as long as you don't try to use it as a paper weight, or stand on it it should last as mine has, and we have used it "a bunch"

Summary: InterAct going out of business or what?
Review: I just bought this wheel at chrstams on SuperSale at Best Buy (with a rebate no less). I openned the box and there was no driver disk. I tried to set it up on my Windows XP and my Windows 2000 and it is asking for the driver disk. I tried the website that is mentioned and it is no longer up and running. I read and news report on line that InterAct was bought out in full last week by Mad Catz, which would explain alot about the poor customer service. I now have two of these wheels that are as good as paper weights without the drivers disk. Stay away - don't bother with this one.

Summary: This should be rated Zero Stars!
Review: I loaded the drivers that came with the V3 Wheel and plugged the V3 Wheel into my Windows box. However, Windows indicated that the Wheel was not connected to my box. I followed the ReadMe suggestions to fix this problem without one once of success. Then I download the latest driver from InterAct's site for Windows O/S (Version dated Feb 2000). However with the Wheel connected, Win98 still indicated that the Wheel was not connected. I tried Win2000 - same result. I sent email to InterAct's support. I waited and waited and waited......for a response back from InterAct. I tried to take the Wheel back. However, 30 days have past and now the store won't take the $&!@ Wheel back. InterAct Support - I am still waiting to hear back from you! If anyone is not convinced and still really wants one of these Wheels, I will sell you mine for $5.

Summary: You can do better
Review: I purchased a V3 Racing Wheel and experienced a lot of difficulting getting it's drivers to work on both Win98 and Win2000. I would recommend ThrustMaster's Nascar Racing Wheel. I much better purchase for me.
