This 8.5 x 11-inch flatbed scanner delivers 600 x 1,200 dpi resolution (up to 9,600 dpi with software enhancement). A single-pass scanner for the PC, the S4 also comes with a USB interface for simple plug and play. Its 42-bit true color and Kodak Color Matching deliver high-quality images, and OCR and scanned document management software bundled with it make it a snap to edit scanned text. Images can be routed to other peripherals, including printers, enabling your scanner to double as a copier. Four quick-touch buttons (scan, copy, power save, and one customizable button) make it easy to use. The S4 comes with a 90-day limited warranty.
