Summary: Not for voice recording
Review: I would have to return this one. When recording from the built in microphone there is loud motor hum. Buttons are hard to press - much harder than on dedicated $40+ SONY voice recorders. The sound of the built in speaker is loud enough. Radio is on the weak side. I was quite surprised this unit was so cheaply built for a SONY Walkman. Even the battery door was made of mismatching white plastic.
In short - looked, felt and performed as some cheap unknown brand.
