Review: This is a pretty poor listing. No information. So let me provide it to you: This is a dual format DVD writer, which writes both + and -R/RW media. Here are the maximum write speeds:

+R: 4x
+RW: 2.4x
-R: 4x
-RW: 2x
CDR: 16x
CDRW: 10x

Decent specs. This is (or has been, probably still is) a rebadged NEC 1300A drive. Very good drive, with good compatibility.

This drive also comes with a nice basket of software:
Iomega HotBurn® Pro for DVD/CD burning; Sonic™ MyDVD™ and Cineplayer™ for video authoring, editing and playback; Iomega Automatic Backup for file backups onto any of the DVD or CD disc format.
