Summary: Reliable, Quiet and good looking
Review: There are very limited number of black drives out there and the TDK is one the best looking both internal and external. This model and the earlier 440n are both very quiet, reliable (burned over 500 dvd-r without any coasters yet using bulk media, ritek, princo, and even the cheaper U$.50 each. They are just that reliable. They are more expensive than competition but its quality both in looks and performance.
