Summary: 24-Hour Shipping Promised but not Delivered
Review: The online guide said product would ship in 24-hours but after I entered the order on Wednesday, 6-18-03, the shipping information showed 48-hours as in Friday, 6-20-03. Also, I specified and was charged for overnight shipping but again, the shipping information says that my product won't arrive until Monday, 6-23-03. If you can't ship or deliver in 24-hours, don't say that you can.
