Summary: Problem With Drive
Review: The first drive I ordered wount not mount on the firewire port. My other firewire devices worked ok on those ports, and the USB mount was ok, so I sent it back. The new drive that I got still wouldn't mount on firewire, though it would mount in USB. Tech support says there are no other problems, but I find it difficult to believe that I got the only 2 duds.

Now tech support says there is an "issue" with macs. They are sending me an older version of the product. Tech support is terrible, customer service is worse.
