FAXserve is a network fax solution that allows users to send and receive faxes directly from their PCs, store faxes in electronic files, and share fax hardware with other users on the network. Use FAXserve as an add-on to e-mail, unified messaging, CRM, ERP, e-commerce, and business-to-business applications. You can annotate faxes onscreen and archive them directly to your network. FAXserve offers several desktop-routing methods, including support for DID phone lines.FAXserve for Windows consists of centralized fax services running on a Windows NT or 2000 server, along with client software that integrates with MAPI and Internet-based e-mail systems running on your workstation. Fax messages are composed, addressed, and sent just like e-mail. Fax numbers can be stored in a single address book individually or together with e-mail addresses. When a fax arrives, it appears in your message inbox just like e-mail. You can use the same commands you use for e-mail to review, forward, save, or print your fax. FAXserve supports Microsoft Domain Security for message integrity and privacy. Once you log onto e-mail, FAXserve immediately verifies your authorization level to send and receive faxes. For additional security, only the intended recipient can view a received fax. Note: This is a five-user, unlimited port license.
