Summary: Works fine for me...
Review: $30 is $30...i haven't had any problems with mine. Everything seems to work good so far (about a month), and as for the problems that last person had: i think you have to hit stop to turn it off so it doesn't waste batteries? and i haven't had any of the other problems he/she discussed. all in all, for $30 (when it's $60 at wal-mart) - i'm going to go out on a limb here - you can't go too wrong!

Review: i bought this in june of '99. in september it broke. i had bought a replacement plan, so i got a new one. it then broke again, and yet again (3 times! ) i finally got a sony and it works great.

Review: I bought this player and when i got it, i must say i was disapoined. It playes great and never skips, but it dosen't look that great. It dosen't look like it does in the picture. But overall it is a good player, if you don't care about looks.

The bass is amazing, and its the clearest sound i've ever herd on a portable player. The only real problem i've had was i tried to use a cd-rw in it and it screwed up the antiskip(only when it played the cd-rw though). Either way a perfect deal for the money.

Review: I have had this personal cd player for about two and a half years and have never had a problem with it. I bought it primarily for the price and the "goodies" that came with it (ie: car kit, power cord) and I am very satisfied with it. I guess if you take care of things they will last a long time.
