Summary: E-Business in a Box review
Review: E-Business in a Box is great and has met my web hosting needs. I could not believe what was all included when i decided to purchuse the E-Business in a Box. This is my first time to start a web site and I did not know exactly how to get my business online. E-Business in a Box made it simple with the web design and hosting for 12 months included. This will allow me to get familiar with having my Business online with the one time cost of [money]. I am so glad to have found a product and a company like Ci Host to make this process as easy as possible!!

Summary: E-business in a box = EZ way to get my store online.
Review: Thank goodness for this product! I have been struggling to get my business online for the past 3 years. It was just a mess of merchant accounts, ssl, shopping carts...blah blah...it took too much time! E-Business in a box had my store up and running in no time, and I don't know a thing about HTML! Thank you e-business in a box!

Summary: e-business in a box user for almost 2 years now
Review: I love this product. I started my web site in 2001 with C I Host using this product. They built me a killer web site, took care o my domain name and even helped me drive traffic to the site. I have called in to tech support many times and each time they are firendly and always stay on the phone to answer every question I have. I just recently updated my site with new information and they took care of it, NO QUESTIONS ASKED. For this price, you would not get 1/10 of the service anywhere else. ...

Summary: CI Host did not fulfill their contract with our Company
Review: Our saga is long and drawn out. We purchased "E-Business in a Box" on 4-19-02 and were supposed to be up and running in 7 to 10 days. Our store finally became functional on 9-12-02 although there had not been any customization of the store as their sales information stated was to be provided. The entire store was an out-of-the-box, here-ya-go, you-figure-it-out setup. Our main problem, we later found out, is the turnover rate of the employees at CI Host. Our original web designer that we met left CI Host and for some reason our account was put in the "done" pile. Nearly everyone we talked to would be gone within the month so our complaints never got addressed properly. Once we finally got someone to listen to us and try to address our problems, our lawyer sent them a letter at our request to cover our butts to indicate that they were not fulfilling their contract. At that point, all work stopped dead in its tracks and our web site sat there for the last 5 months of our original 12 month hosting contract. To top it off, when the year contract was up, they sent us a renewal e-mail which I replied to stating that we were not renewing with them. They took $300 out of our checking account anyway and we are currently trying to get that money back.

Summary: Loved e-business in a box
Review: I bought this about 6 months ago and never got around to activating it. However, i finally broke it open and read thru the simple 2 page instructions, logged on to their web site and enterd my code. I was then shown an easy to use worksheet with step by step instructions to give CIHOST my content for my web site. It took me about 1 hour to think up all my content, page titles and choose the graphics I liked for my web site. I gave them all the info in 24 hours later they emailed me and showed me 2 different designs complete witha little logo for me to look at. I loved them both but decided on a more corporate appeal. After I approved it the next day they had it done and posted my web site live on the net. It took less than 3 days from start to finish and I was live with a new web site, shopping cart, email domain name AND EVERTYING!!! this was SOOOOOOOOO EASY I loveit!! I am telling everyone I knowa bout this thing.

Summary: Awsome e-business tool
Review: I recently got CI Hosts' new E-business in a box so i can start a website. I know next to nothing about computers and absolutly nothing about designing a website! I am thrilled at how EASY this product is to use!! I was able to to get a website and register my domain name all at once at one price. The CI Host design team is wonderful and very very helpful.
