I had never even heard of half of these cartoons, most of which I was only familiar with from the Harvey digest magazines I read as a kid. It appears that a lot of these episodes and cartoons have never even been released, with good reason: they're just not very funny.

Unless you remember all of these characters and want to revisit them, I would avoid this collection. The only real cartoon worth seeing on this set is Tom and Jerry.
