Review: I thought this portfolio was put together quite well. The pictures are distinct in their own class. Many would look at this book as a form of pornography, it may have been for it's time. But you have to consider what is printed in todays world. Elmer Batters pictures are pure, honest, and show beautiful women in the way that nudity should be shown

Review: It's nice to see an Elmer Batters revival of sorts, spurred on by the success of quality erotic art magazines like LEG SHOW which have been republishing the late Batters' work from the 1960s and 70s (Mr. Batters died in 1997). This is a major tome and comes cleverly wrapped in a genuine woman's nylon--alas, and too bad, the book's stocking "slipcase" cover did not bear the heady, vinegar-sour scent of a previous owner's sweaty toes (shucks, you can't have everything). The cost of this book is steep, but if you're a hard-core collector of foot and leg fetish art, it doesn't get any better.

Review: Very good. I've always loved Batters work. I only wish the pictures had some documentation. Dates, names, locations, ect. Still, you can't go worng with this book. Does anyone know if any of his VHS tapes are still around?
