Review: This book is a complete waste of time as it has about 5 pages on how to draw silly cars. The rest is pointless junk except on how to paint. I learned more buy teaching myself and drawing off other pictures and never used any techniques in this book. It is ridiculous when a professional artist shows you how to draw dull cars like the ones in this book. He could have at least focused more on the drawing side and less on the painting side. It has not taught me anything. Do yourself a favour and look at Scott Robertsons book "How to draw cars the Hot Wheels Way", he knows his stuff and he makes it interesting and concentrates on the drawing and painting equally. This book is utter rubbish, dont waste your money like I did.

Summary: An Awesome Book for Beginners and Pros Alike
Review: This is an excellent book for both beginners and professionals. It is very easy to read and understand. It shows you from the basics to tricks the professionals use. I actually bought this book for my 11 year old son who is really into hot rods. He could tell you just about anything you want to know about Hot Rods and will if you give him the chance. I liked his book so well, that I Had to order one for myself. I am a professional artist, however my work is based on Native American Art but this book peaked my interest and I am now thinking of airbrushing T-Shirts for the Hot August Nights Event we have in Reno each year. What more can I say, it is an excellent book for all ages and all stages of artists!

Summary: Wish i could tell you how i like this item
Review: Wish i could tell you how i like this item but since amazon couldnt get it to me on time i never bought it! I ordered this item in the beginning of December and amazon stated that they could get this to me by december 17th. I paid extra shipping on all of my items so this item would definately get to me before christmas then amazingly amazon e-mailed me and told me they would send THIS ITEM TO ME ON JANUARY 28TH!!!! LITTLE TOO LATE DONT YOU THINK?!?!?
What kills me is that i could have went to barnes and nobles and bought this book for the same price and NOT have had to pay $50 extra for shipping! ARGH!!!
